Waltz Creamery is the kind of place that makes you feel like you stumbled onto a local gem, and it’s not just because of the generous scoops that could feed a small family. The ice cream is rich, fresh, and clearly made with care—every bite tastes like real ingredients instead of something mass-produced. Portions are huge, the kind where you laugh when it hits the table because you know you’re in for a challenge. The prices are surprisingly affordable for what you get, which makes it even better. The staff couldn’t be friendlier—warm, patient, and genuinely happy to see you enjoy yourself, which adds to the welcoming vibe of the place. The inside has this comfortable, small-town feel with hints of history in its décor and story, and you can sense that this creamery and farm house cafe has been around long enough to mean something to the community. Between the atmosphere, the people, the prices, and the quality, it’s one of those spots you end up wanting to come back to again and again.

Cute decor. Clean establishment. Food tasted very fresh. Service was good. This was our first time here. My daughter got the burger with the onion rings and I got the other one and the side of broccoli salad.( I feel like they might actually grind their own meat) Their Mac and cheese was amazing! Everything was delicious! On the way out we grabbed a couple of small ice cream cones. So creamy, this ice cream was in a class of its own! My daughter made it clear we are DEFINITELY going back there again. I agreed! Two thumbs up

I was up visiting family, and my Uncle Gene McCloskey invited us all to breakfast at Waltz’s Creamery. It was like a family reunion! We had a wonderful time and the breakfast was delicious!! I had the 1 egg, sausage patty, chipped beef and gravy on a biscuit and wheat toast!! And I had a cup of Earl Grey loose leaf tea and it was so delicious!! It brought back so many memories of back home!! ❤️

I’m from out of town and came here to visit with family. Interior design is simple and nice, menus were clean and so was everything else I saw. It took a while to be seen by a server but service after was fine.
Appetizers came out first and on time. I ordered the flank steak M-Rare and it came out perfect. It had great flavor and the waffle fries were cooked well too.
My wife had the fried fish special, and so did a few others at our table. I tried hers and it was very overcooked. It had a good color but being overcooked took any joy out of eating it. My advice to the restaurant is take your fish out 60 seconds sooner, it is dry. It could also be that people like their fish cooked this way.
Anyways there’s not much going on in this area but this restaurant was a nice surprise. I could have done without the Trump 2020 trucks in the parking lot.

The chicken and waffles as well as the chicken and biscuits that they serve on Thursday’s are amazing. Their ice cream is wonderful as well. Their staff is so friendly and personable and that is a huge plus for us! We really enjoy going to Waltz’s and it has become a weekly stop for us! Thank you!

Great good and generous portions for the price! Kids ice cream is a better value and size then most places smalls.

I had no idea the portions were so large!!! The prices were awesome too! I’ll definitely be back, but be warned, there’s no cell service here (for AT&T anyway).
