The customer service was great; I have no complaints in that area. However, I used to love coming here for the chicken strips and fries. The fries, especially were always amazing. Now, they are not hand-cut, aren’t crispy, and was an awkward mix of crinkle and regular cut. The chicken tenders were much smaller, not crispy, and rather bland. It was a surprise, as the chicken strips have always been fresh and crunchy, and the fries were always hand-cut and well-seasoned. The only excuse for this transition would be supply chain issues causing temporary changes. I hope this frozen, bland food is not permanent. 3* only for the service and friendly environment

I normally don’t eat French fries, but they were recommended to me if I ever got to Clearwater. I wasn’t disappointed. They were thin and crispy just as I like them. The pepper jack cheeseburger was freshly made, not a pre-made patty. The fresh tomato and lettuce made the burger that much tastier. Topped off the meal with a hot fudge sundae.
The service was top notch. I will definitely go back and try some of the other menu items.

This place is OUTSTANDING!
If we are heading to Wichita (we live on the KS/OK border), we always check if Walts is open so we can stop by for food and yummy shakes! Even if we have to take a slight detour to make it happen, totally worth it.

Truly if I could give them 10 stars I would, food was good and reasonably priced well for what you recieved, what was the true great experience is the people who work there, they are tremendously friendly and accommodating. Truly a great experience, thank you for just being you. Will definitely recommend you to all that ask.

Great burgers and fries! Unfortunately the place closes rather early.. 8 most evenings and is closed on Sundays. Prices are a bit higher than average – but the food makes an occasional visit worth the extra cost.
