I stopped by the deli during my lunch hour (about 1:30pm). An employee approached me and informed me that she was getting ready to cook more boneless chicken but it would be 20 minutes for it to cook. There wasn’t enough General Tso chicken to make a complete order of 8, so I asked if she could make up the difference with regular BBQ boneless wings. She informed the that she COULDN’T do that. I asked if she was going to throw them away and she answered YES. The ignorance and lack of customer service never ceases to blow me away. Anyway I got my order of 8 BBQ boneless wings and began to eat them and one of the wings was smaller than the gauges/ plugs in her ears (about the size of a half dollar). Why not just give the customer what they want if you are just going to throw them away? If it is store policy, change it… make an exception… don’t be a jerk. Customer service skills…Zero.

Good products especially the Prima Della brand. Severely understaffed at times and you could be waiting in line awhile when they’re busy. No complaints about the workers. They do their best.
