During my recent visits to Walmart, I encountered situations that left me completely dissatisfied with the customer service. On my first visit, I went to the technology section looking for a SIM card and was surprised to find no one available to assist me. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, the only employee who appeared informed me that he was no longer responsible for that area and that the person who was, had already left, leaving me without any assistance. I had to escalate the issue to the general manager to finally get served.
On my second visit, I was interested in some LEGO items advertised as “the best price on the market.” However, there were no visible price tags. I asked an employee named Helen for help, who seemed noticeably annoyed at having to scan the products to inform me of the prices. Her rough handling of the boxes resulted in damage to the items, which are collectibles and should not be treated in such a manner.
These experiences highlight a significant lack of professionalism and customer care at this Walmart branch. I request that the company take concrete actions to improve training and supervision of its staff, ensuring that incidents like these do not recur. I look forward to Walmart’s response on how they plan to address and resolve these issues at their establishment.

I just find it odd that if your a 24 hour store that you would have all the services available 24 hours… hell at least leave deli open til midnight you have many people that work the service industry, and other occupations that get out late… two stars is because they never have enough cashiers nor self- check out stations lines are so long people walk out

Not very happy with my visit to this location the food was overcooked and dried out the chicken taste like wood not that I would know what would taste like LOL but it was definitely dried out and overcooked when I mention this to the staff they had a nonchalant I don’t care attitude I asked for a manager and after 20 minutes of a manager not showing up I just left customer service was horrible food was horrible

Wait time is rediculous. Had to wait for one deli person to finish serving hot plate section and cold cut deli knowing that behind that “Great Wall of Deli” there is probably at least four other workers avoiding work.

Does anyone speak English?.Called Corporate as i had a complaint, Corporate stated they would have store Manager contact me. Waited for call i never got. Called corporate again, corporate advised there was nothing they could do. How about Corporate calling the Manager and giving them my name and phone number and tell Manager to call me. Duh!!
