Disappointed, ruined my Valentine’s Day by giving my flower bouquet cupcakes to someone else. Mind you, you have to order these things ahead of time and they just turn around and give it to someone else. Then gave us a really ugly cake in return. I don’t even understand how they mess up this big! I didn’t want an ugly nasty flavored cake in place of my cupcakes. Even with a gift card I’m not happy! I wanted my cupcakes that were ordered and paid for ahead of time. Don’t trust that you will get something you have to order because they’ll just give your order to someone else.
