If I could leave zero stars I would. Wally’s is definitely racist. Every time I go in to order I’m consistently over looked just as if they don’t see me standing there. They never wanna take my order unless I demand it! I no longer spend my money in Wally’s and their food isn’t even “all that” I had waaaay better.

Okay the reviews are right – the staff is noticeably rude. But if you manage to avoid getting offended, you will be treated to a delicious bagel sandwich. I got the BEST bacon egg and cheese that I’ve ever had. And I’ve had my fair share. So, come if you want good food, not a good mood. Lol!

Cant leave ZERO STARS so you can thank Google for another 1 star review. Honestly the establishment is gorgeous but that quickly fades the moment you are acknowledged by anyone of the staff members. With barely tolerable food and sheer lack of customer service this place could benefit from new ownership/management. This place should focus on slowing down to hear what people are ordering so that you get that right first then perhaps throw on a smile. You would think the people who are spending money in your bagel shop would be the priority.

The morning gal behind the counter has some major issues. Love the guys working there but the girl… when I asked her if she was okay (I saw her getting smashed by door the day before). Simply, I was concern about her well being nothing more. However, she got really nasty with me for no reasons. Furthermore, she called her mother over… and the mother (hijob lady) also got nasty with me too without listening to my side of the story. Instead, she started to yelling and screaming at me. Defending her daughter’s wrong doing… And she told me to get out. Speechless! Now, I understand why the worker are constantly changing at this place and all the bad reviews on the google. Having a bad day at work is one thing and serving your customer is the other.

Hi all. Wanted to share my recent experience at Wally’s Bagel Nosh in Closter (next to CVS). After waiting for 20 minutes online, I ordered a bagel scooped with egg salad, tomato, onion, bacon. When it was time to pay I noticed that they charged me $16 (including tax) I thought there was a mistake and brought it to their attention and they said it’s because of inflation.
