Horrible. Completely messed up my order this morning. Couldn’t have been more wrong if they tried. Ordered two BEC on onion bagels plain. They got the BEC part right. But they were on toasted whole wheat bagels with salt, pepper, ketchup. Some people like SPK, but many people like me HATE it. Very annoying. The coffee was correct because I made that myself. I was very explicit when ordering. And the person behind the counter confirmed. Very, Very disappointed. Won’t be returning.

Horrible! If you want a true bagel experience, look anywhere else. Wally’s is overpriced, overrated, and underwhelming a masterclass in how not to make a bagel. Save your money and your patience. Good bagel but the sliced lox sandwich is weak at best. 1 slice of lox is a joke . Charged $1 for onions on it . I expect more for a $13 sandwich. Place looks unkept floors dirty, turkey just sitting in the slicer. Needles to say I’ll skip Wallys bagels next time. Bad sandwich, high prices…

I wish I could give zero stars. Never again. You are asking to get sick. The place is filthy and the staff is rude. I’m surprised they aren’t out of business yet.

I am so frustrated, as I stopped here today to get a bagel for a friend. I purchased a bagel with scallion cream cheese. The bagel looked very good, but when I got to the register, I was charged $6.66 for this. I thought it was a lot for what I was getting, but as my friend was waiting for me, I paid and left. When I got home, I looked up the prices online and it should not have been anywhere near this price.
It’s hard to tell on the website if the scallion cream cheese is $3.99 including the bagel, or it is $3.99 in addition to a bagel for $1.25. $3.99 would be an obscene amount of money given what was on the bagel, but if that’s what they charge, that’s what they charge. Even assuming the bagel and cream cheese are billed separately, it still should not have been over $6.
I wish I had asked for a receipt. I though it was in the bag, but it wasn’t.
Beware. I am just so disappointed, as it didn’t seem as if this was an innocent mistake.

Walked into Wally’s to give them business because they are getting crushed from Adams bagels across the street. Further, they have a sign outside for a breakfast special bacon and cheese for $4.99. I go in order a becon, egg, and cheese on a roll (not even a bagel) when I pay the price is $7.21; I asked what the sign outside was all about, and the response was “oh that’s a special, but you need to ask me for it”. Nowhere on the sign does it say that you need to ask for the special! Smiled, paid, walked out, last time I’ll ever step foot in there.
