Reviews
The pricing on the menu is flat-out misleading — what’s listed is NOT what you’re charged. When questioned, the staff responds with attitude instead of accountability, as if customers are the problem for expecting honesty. Basic transparency clearly isn’t a priority here.
The service is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No greeting, no patience, no care. It feels like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food at a bagel shop.
And the bagels? Easily the worst I’ve had. Dry, bland, and somehow served cold — even when ordered as a sandwich. Who serves a bagel sandwich without warming the bagel? That’s not a preference issue, that’s basic competence.
On top of all that, there are serious hygiene concerns. Employees were grabbing bagels with bare hands, no gloves, no tongs. Completely unacceptable for any food establishment and honestly concerning from a health standpoint.
Between the deceptive pricing, rude staff, terrible food, and lack of basic food safety, it’s genuinely baffling how this place is still in business. There are countless better options that respect their customers and understand basic standards.
I won’t be back — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Frankly, the sooner it closes down, the better.
Extra bonus points for really good chicken salad depending on who makes it.
Staff is friendly although always busy and a little slow.
I don’t write reviews often, but this bagel store absolutely deserves it.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, comforting smell of freshly baked bagels — and that alone tells you everything you need to know. These are not mass-produced, rubbery bagels. These are authentic, hand-rolled, perfectly boiled-and-baked bagels done the right way.
The texture is flawless: golden and slightly crisp on the outside, beautifully chewy on the inside. The kind of chew that reminds you what a real bagel is supposed to taste like. The everything bagel is generously seasoned (no bare spots!), the sesame and poppy seed bagels are perfectly toasted, and even the plain bagel shines — which is the ultimate test of quality.
The cream cheese selection is impressive and clearly made fresh. The scallion cream cheese has just the right balance of tang and onion, the veggie is loaded with actual vegetables (not just dyed cream cheese), and the honey walnut is rich without being overly sweet. They don’t skimp either — you get a generous spread every time.
Breakfast sandwiches are where they truly elevate the experience. The eggs are fluffy, the bacon is crisp but not overcooked, and everything is assembled with care. Nothing feels rushed or sloppy. Every bite is balanced and satisfying. If you’re ordering lunch, their deli sandwiches are equally fresh and well-portioned.
The coffee is strong, smooth, and brewed fresh — not an afterthought like at some places. It pairs perfectly with the food.
What truly makes this place five stars, though, is the service. The staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Even during busy morning hours, the line moves quickly without sacrificing quality. You can tell this is a well-run operation that takes pride in what they do.
Clean space, consistent quality, generous portions, and authentic flavor. This bagel store isn’t just good — it’s the kind of place you become a regular at.
If you’re looking for a true, satisfying bagel experience, this is it. Absolutely worth five stars.
I’m not sure if anyone noticed, but this place is themed based off the National Lampoon Vacation movies, with sandwiches named after each of the characters in the films. The name Wally and the moose logo are named after the Mighty Moose from Wally World in the first Vacation film in 1983. It’s an awesome touch and theme! The Griswold Sandwich is one of my favorites.
They made me a great burger.
Also be sure to try the huevos ranchers breakfast.
I don’t work there, just a happy customer.
