Walla Walla Farms is a refreshing find in a corporate chain world. They have a wonderful salad bar that has quality, fresh made items, not the prepackaged stuff you find at other salad bars.
They also have a made to order side, where you can order items from a menu. Everything I have had, has been good, and always made with fresh, quality ingredients. I am quite fond of the cheeseburger.
Lastly, their employees are very nice and helpful. So, if you are every looking to support a nice, quality, local business. Look no further!

Food is amazing, well priced, soup is all made from scratch! Big gorgeous salad bar. Loaded baked potatoes. There’s also healthy options like wraps. Customer service is great. All around wonderful experience!

I would like to have given this 5 stars. I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half and haven’t had a bad experience with the food until now. I love their wraps and soups, I usually get those a few times a week and it’s been delicious. Today I got some of their vegetable beef barley soup, one of my favorites they make. I took one sip of the soup and immediately knew something was wrong. It just tasted strange but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Then I took a bite that had some beef in it and I found out what was wrong. That beef tasted so rancid that I involuntarily threw up instantly. I’ll be passing on the beef from now on.

I’ve been ordering food from Walla Walla Farms for almost a year and up until today my experience has been a good one. Today, I ordered the lunch combo, but when I got to the restaurant, they had given me the wrong item (I ordered a Philly steak and cheese from the website, but I was given a French dip with mushrooms on it). I tried to explain the situation to one of the women working there, but she kept saying they gave me what I ordered. I tried to explain that the website must’ve had the wrong information on it, but she didn’t seem to understand. Finally, I asked for a refund and she went and got the manager. He came out in a huff, I explained to him what happened and he told me that I must’ve ordered before he switched what the combo was this morning. He then asked the woman to make the sandwich that I’d ordered and left in a huff. No one apologized for the mix-up or for telling me that I’d ordered the wrong food. It was their fault and not even that big of deal to begin with, but they acted like I was stupid and/or a nuisance the entire time I was there. I won’t be going back.

I ordered an item off the breakfast menu, and was met with, “Well, you could get a breakfast sandwich.” So I guess they were out of that item, which is fine, it happens. I decide on a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, and cheese on a bagel. The cashier points off towards the other counter and tells me to pick out a bagel. I didn’t see them, but as I walked down there, the cashier told another woman my order, and the other woman responded with, “If you’re going to take orders, you need to make them, too.” At this point, the woman who took my order walks off to do something else. Finally, she comes back, points me towards prepackaged bagels. I pick one and hand it to her, which she cuts with a knife that looked dirty, and then tells me that they don’t have bacon.. Even though I told her from the start that was the protein I wanted. I finally just asked for my money back and left. They had no issue returning what I’d paid, which was good.
It was just such a terrible experience.

Thank you for accommodating our customized request. The presentation of each tray looks great (extra wrapping for eggs to avoid spilling); the food taste excellent; the price is reasonable; the delivery service is on-time. Personally, I don’t like the taste of sausage, but I enjoy the way it cooked by Walla Walla Farms.

This place has gone downhill very fast. It used to be a great place to grab lunch, but both the quality of the food and the variety has diminished greatly. In the last year or so, I used to go regularly for the last ten years, but last week was the last.

Ordered a soup and sandwich here at lunch time. The soup order was easy, but after paying for my soup and sandwich, I was told to wait by the sandwich area for it to be made. After waiting more than 10 minutes, it was unclear if my sandwich order ever made it over to the counter. When I asked the sandwich counter if my order was put in, they said yes but there were still many other orders ahead of me. Not knowing how long that would be, I asked for a refund. Suddenly, my sandwich appeared and was ready. This place needs a better system for taking orders- clearly many other delis have figured this out. Hand people a number or a ticket so they know their order is in the queue.
