All of this for $81!! Are you kidding me? I can get more food at Panda. The “large” isn’t large. The girl that took my order was nice but the food is basic. Again $81 food basic food and small portions is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.

On Sept 10, 2020 I went through drive through & grabbed dinner for me & my son. I got all the way home when I saw a bug in my food. I tried to call them to inform them. All I received was a voicemail message, saying if there’s a problem with your food to bring it back & they will replace it. Now, I had a long day that particular day and did not want to get back out plus spend the extra gas to go up there to be able to speak to a person. My point- Customer service is lacking. I expect more from a place that charges nearly $8 a plate. When I first started eating here and they only had 1 location in Waxahachie, it was $5.65 a plate. In the past few years, the rice was dried out and nasty even with the increased prices. I’m going to think twice before eating here again.

Food is always good hot n fresh at least the handful of times I’ve visited. Have yet to have a bad experience. The food comes out fairly quickly which i appreciate on my 30m lunches. Food portions are a decent size not too big but definitely not small.price wise its not bad for the portion of food you get but you can easily find yourself spending 40 on 2 ppl.

I’ve been coming here for years and always have the chicken fried rice. They have always been generous with it filling a togo box. But tonight after paying and receiving my order I’m told it is now served in a “Chinese box”. It isn’t worth the money anymore. I should’ve went to Panda Express.

I just do drive through. They are prompt and friendly. I normally get lo mein of some variety, which is very good. I do wish they would bring back pepper steak. Great option for a quick and local chinese food fix.

Ordered from the wall. Spent about $36. Garlic shrimp combo had no garlic taste, the sweet and sour chicken was burnt, fried rice tasted of overdone soy sauce with no veggies. Shrimp lo mein came with 4 tiny shrimp. Cream cheese wonton were hard and burnt.
The only good thing was the wonton soup and that only had 1 wonton in it and mostly broth.
Maybe it’s because they were busy and they did our order quickly but this is the worst chinese food I’ve ever had. Won’t be returning and yes we did bring the food back to the restaurant.
The refused to refund anything. The owner then called my husband a liar. Bad service and bad customer service.

Just hasn’t been the same since the pandemic. It used to be Amazing! My now husband and I spent many date nights here. But the pandemic changed the store. We go every now and then.

My son and I have been loyal customers since they became owners at the restaurant. We have never had any problems until today 8/15/17. I had ten dollars and figured as always that would cover the meal. Actually ALWAYS the same meal. Chicken lo mien. Extra peas and carrots. When I got to the window, the owners wife said the total was 11.??.
Long story short she charged me 1.50! The meal was 8.25 which come with a drink.The 50 cent crispy noodles. She said for 9.99 she would give me the meal with out the drink. The drink is included in the 8.25 meal. I asked to be charged for the meal. She said no because he already added extra peas and carrots, you have to pay 1.50 extra.
I asked to have another meal with out these golden coated peas and carrots. She said no, we can’t help you.
So the ending to my story is… You’ll never see my again. As far as your golden peas and carrots you can shove them where the new eclipse don’t shine.
It’s very sad that they lost me as a loyal customer over what an extra table spoon of peas and carrots. I was literally shocked, embarrassed and hurt.
I didn’t allow them to ruin my evening though, I went to Jack in the Box and met a really nice lady that worked there.
