My family and I eat at Walkers all the time, and have never had a bad experience. From the ambiance, to the service, to the incredible dishes – you’ll never be disappointed by Walkers.

Additionally, Walkers recently hosted my rehearsal dinner, and catered my Welcome Party in my backyard – and wow would be an understatement. We had roughly 125 people for the event on Friday night, and two months later everyone is still talking about the food. Danielle & the team were so great to work with, creative, attentive and determined to help us build the perfect event. And that they did. Our wedding weekend was one we will never forget, and Walkers has a big part to play in that.

My hubs took me there to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. Everything was absolutely delicious! We shared the roasted head of cauliflower. I loved the idea and it was yummy!

He ordered the salmon, said it was the best he had in a long time! I ordered the chicken Milanese, crunchy yet moist. But the kicker was the banana pudding with a brûlée topping, totally took a basic dessert and leveled it up!!!!!

The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was cozy and sheik. Loved the mix match dinnerware and check out the pics for a fun surprise thst they do with their fountain drinks!

For years, our favorite restaurant near Wells was Joshua’s. No other eatery came close, so we were heartbroken when it closed a few years ago. Well, tonight that void has been filled. Walkers Maine is something special – fabulous food beautifully presented, wait staff who are attentive and knowledgeable. The place itself welcomes you with the aroma of apples on the front porch and the warmth of an open fire in the foyer’s stunning stone fireplace. Our dinner was more than a great meal, it was a vacation event to remember.

I have a dairy allergy and the chef with the help if the server made everything I don’t have any dairy in my dish. The duck was delicious! As well as the beef carpaccio and of course the fire rosted carrots! The kitchen looks like a magic factory.

Inspired, from scratch, menu and a great chef. Reservations a must. Great cocktails too. Be prepared for the meal to take 2+ hours even if wanting to move pretty quick. The cauliflower is not something I normally like but it’s something special. Same with the donuts.

After many local misses, Walker’s Maine was a welcome treat. Excellent service, Ryan was our server, and the accomplished bar staff mixed up a worthy Manhattan for starters. Everything else followed suit. Main courses were both absolutely delicious: carefully and artfully prepared with high quality ingredients. We shared the roasted beets as an appetizer which was accompanied by homemade focaccia and very good olive oil seasoned w/cracked pepper. I forgot to take a picture of the beets—they were gone that fast. I had the smoked duck—excellent—my dinner partner had the chicken Milanese—also without fault. We wanted dessert but didn’t have room for a morsel more. We will absolutely be back!

If you are looking for the old school extremely hard to find, 5 star- fine dining experience, you found it. Your drink will not be empty, your table will not be dirty, you will not need to use the same silverware. Blown away by the waitstaff being able to walk us through parts of the menu that were new to us. This is exceptional culinary excellence that goes into these dishes and this menu. Our waitress could tell us every detail of the items on the menu which to me was very impressive after one of the dinner menu items changed during dinner service. I can’t believe we’ve lived so close and have never stopped in, get there!

Just had an amazing dinner at Walkers Maine in Cape Neddick! Our waitress Brook was fantastic, helping us navigate the delicious menu. We started with complimentary bread & oil, then devoured fried oysters. I enjoyed the short rib kofta with zucchini & German potato salad, while my friend savored the salmon entree. For dessert, we had to try the in-house-made sarsaparilla-glazed donuts & ice cream. Everything was top-notch!
