Great food and service! Tiffany was our waitress and was back often to check on us. There were four of us and everything was great. Love the onion rings! Best around here that I have found. Great place for after a Tigers game.

I occasionally watch sporting events on TV when I eat at home. But, we found ourselves on the road late on a Sunday evening at 9:00 PM. We chose Walk-Ons Bistreaux because it had the best reviews for this time period.
When we pulled up and parked they had the TV audio broadcasting at such an extremely loud level that you could have heard it clearly blocks away, no joke!
Varied menu, decent prices, good service we were starting to feel better about picking this place. As are most sports bars, with dozens of TVs, this place was on the loud side, inside AND out. But when the food came, it was totally worth it. Good food for the price, good service, and all the sports your eyes could soak in.
Recommend this place. Especially late in a Sunday night!

Our party of three arrived expecting a long wait. We were seated within 10 minutes, which was quick for a Sunday afternoon. The ordered was the alligator and boudin balls. Some of the alligator bites were chewy, not surprising, but the seasoning was very flavorful so it was *almost* worth risking a sore jaw. You can never go wrong with the boudin balls. They were perfectly spiced and soft on the inside. Both items came out hot and fresh. We scarfed them down so fast that I forgot to take pics. The meals ordered were the seafood po-boy, the zydeco salad and the ahi tuna salad. I cannot speak much to how the tuna salad and po-boy tasted but I will tell you that both meals disappeared quickly. The only comment on the tuna salad was “very good” as the food was being devoured. Nothing was said about the PoBoy. The Zydeco salad was tasty but the dressing was very sweet to my tastebuds. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned well and the greens looked fresh. I would order again but ask for the dressing on the side.

My fiancé and I love walk ons. The food is great! He gets the bayou pasta, and I get the lemon chicken. Both are amazing. Leslie is a wonderful server. She was very attentive, and kind. She made our dinning experience wonderful. We will always come back.

We ate here tonight, one of many times. We had Jasmine for our waitress. She did a fantastic job. Her personality was awesome and she joked around with us. She made the meal and our time here more enjoyable. If all servers were like her, it would be awesome. The food was good and the beer was cold. Ask for Jasmine!

Walk-On’s exceeded our expectations on our first visit with delicious food & good service. I’ll have to say the only drawbacks are how LOUD it is, and the booth we sat at was in serious need of replacing with the ripped seat cushion . The portions were decent sized and we had some leftovers! Yay! The food was delicious and the spinach dip was great!

My brother and I came today and ended up ordering the mozzarella sticks appetizer, the boom boom shrimp po boy and the hot honey wings. They were all fantastic. Our server was Amaya and she was friendly and attentive to us.
One note: I asked whether the host stand had braille menus available for visually impaired and blind customers and was told they didn’t have any. Walk Ons as a franchise needs to ensure visually impaired and blind individuals can be able to have the same experience as sighted customers. This is a small change that can be a step towards more accessible service and ensuring these individuals remain independent protect their dignity.

Our server Vanessa was great! She was helpful with suggestions and extremely friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job! We enjoyed the several TVs with different sports. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed our lunch selections of a burger and Buffalo chicken wrap. Excellent Ranch dressing too!!
