Was in the neighborhood with my kids and found this place. Big sports restaurant with a lot of TVs. An NFL playoff game and a Barcelona vs. Real Madrid soccer match were on so it was full and very loud. We ate the mozzarella logs and my daughter and I shared the adult grill cheese and my son ate the cheeseburger sliders. All the food came out quickly and tasted good. Our server was very attentive. All of this was somewhat surprising from what appears to be a chain. Very nice experience

I stopped by Walk-On’s on a Tuesday for their happy hour special from 3 to 6 pm. The food was outstanding—freshly prepared and served promptly. Our server, Sam Pasos, provided exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodated our multiple orders with a cheerful demeanor.
Sam ensured our orders were placed quickly, even making recommendations on which dishes paired best and which specials were worth trying before happy hour ended. She even assisted when there was a glitch with the Walk-On’s app, ensuring we received our free order of mozzarella logs.
The combination of great food and attentive service made our experience even better. We also had the chance to enjoy Karaoke night, where we heard everything from the average joe to some incredibly talented singers.
Walk-On’s is truly a hidden gem, especially during happy hour when practically all the appetizers are half-price and offer generous portions. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by during happy hour and I’ll definitely be returning.

No idea how this place is so highly rated. It’s the only reason tried the nights in a row. Night one, 3 of us tried the ribeye and 2 out of three not cooked right, never asked how was everything, friend ordered a double drink, told server he felt was pretty weak, server just laughed and ignored the complaint. Night 2, was late and by myself, long day, tried again, day at bar with menu and was ignored, finally asked if I needed anything and I said , just would like to put in a food order, server walked away, obviously wasn’t listening. Ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine with Parmesan, see picture, the chicken about the thickness of my fork and very dry and also very small. 3rd night stopped for a drink and watched servers pour, you are lucky to get a quick 3 count on the pour, they pour like in a hurry..
Staff really doesn’t smile, like they all hate their job and don’t want to be here.
I did watch a couple state a drink wasn’t spicy enough and the server argued then made the drink again, day it in front of her and walked away, never asking if it was ok or better, then just ignored them. This crew really needs to learn what hospitality is all about!!!
I did try Cheddar’s across the street and they nail it, great food, prices and everyone smiling! Maybe this staff could learn something from them!!!

We visted for our 4th time last Wednesday, and again had the pleasure of having the bartender Gaby. She is FANTASTIC!! She is so attentive and we never have to wait for our drinks. She checks up on us once our food is delivered. She is the best!!! This was our third visit to Walk On’s. We don’t live close by or we would be here more often. We love the atmosphere and we have always had excellent service. Tonight was no exception with our bartender Gaby, she was on point! After we got our food, she came back to us and made sure we liked it, which we did. We never had to flag her down because she was always checking in on us. We had the chicken/sausage gumbo and some wings. We happened to be there on a Wednesday and LOVED the live music. We didn’t find it loud at all and his interpretations of the songs were so cool to listen to. If Gaby works on Wednesdays, we will make an effort to drive out here because she made it worth our time. She was awesome!!!

First impression got off on the wrong foot, as we were forgotten and had no order taken for about 45 minutes until I went and asked someone to take it, but otherwise generally good experiences each visit. The amount of food given for the price is always great, the food quality is pretty good, and the drinks are stronger than you normally get from a place like this.
So far have loved every meal we’ve had here!

I usually come here after games but today has to be the worst service I’ve ever had. First not a single person at the door to greet, no host, not a single person…. Then we sat at the bar.. nobody acknowledged us… 15 min passed.. still nothing.. we got up to seat ourselves.. still nothing.. went back to the bar.. still no acknowledgment… then the bartender attends us another 15 min later.. then tells us to wait .. then it just keeps getting worst.. terrible customer service..
then we finally get our waters, our food arrived except the boneless chicken meanwhile the couple next to us is chomping on it, 30 min passed and the bartender realized we didn’t get ours, found out the couple was enjoying it, then offers me the food they just finished eating. I was mortified. She then asks if I want a fresh one and I couldn’t help but just give her a blank stare! Like are you kidding me??? I asked for the GM, he spoke to me and was understanding and handed me $10 gift cards. This isn’t the point, the whole situation was terrible !

My first time here and I look forward to returning ! The location was very nice , the food and drinks were really good. We ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp and Alligator for appetizers and the Shrimp Po Boy that was very delicious. The alligator was a first for me and it was actually very good. The restaurant has a NOLA type of vibe with many TV’s. The waitress was very attentive and accommodating. There was even an arcade there for the sports bar atmosphere which was really cool.

I have been past this place so often but today was the day. The location is bright airy. Nice bar area. The myriad of TVs had different programs that could appeal to anyone. The staff was friendly. The food? Whew chile! Definitely worth it. Portion sizes were great. Went straight to the entrees and I was glad we did. If we had gotten an appetizer, there would have no way we’d have made it to the entree. I had the Boom Boom Shrimp Po’ Boy. My son the Buffalo Chicken burger. Even then, couldn’t finish either one.
The Po’Boy came with pickles. I didn’t know and I can’t stand pickles BUT these seem to be made in house. Not too salty, not too vinegar with a nice crunch. I actually enjoyed them. Go figure.
Then came the dessert. The nice, soft pillows freshly made hot Begniets covered in powdered sugar with a side of hot chocolate sauce.
Yum
As to our server. She was wonderful. We had an issue with our drinks. She corrected it right away.
Overall a great experience and definitely worth a return visit!

Went and gave it a try this weekend. Service was great, the waitress was very attentive and always gave us suggestions on the menu. We tried Eddy’s sangria, blueberry coconut mojito and the raspberry lemonade all of them were good. For appetizer we had the waffle cheese fries and spinach & artichoke dip both were good. For dinner the boom boom shrimp tacos, they were good but were missing some sauce to make them great, the mahi mango was also good but didn’t have much of sweet chili glazed mango salsa and the Tuscan chicken was really good. The blackened chicken was really good and the mashed potatoes were also really good. The ambiance was nice si if you’re looking for a nice sports bar give this a try as I would definitely recommend this place
