I could come here for the cheesesticks alone.
There’s no place in NWA that serves the giant single cheesestick, but these are close.
The burger is good. Nothing extremely special, but good nonetheless.
The mashedpotatoes, not good. Wasn’t a fan of those.
My waiter was phenomenal and on the ball the whole time. 10/10 for him. Ive sadly forgotten his name.

Caroline is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had—warm, genuinely attentive, and effortlessly professional without ever feeling forced. She greeted our table of eight with perfect energy, remembered every detail (including a gluten sensitivity), gave spot-on recommendations that made ordering easy and delicious, handled substitutions, allergies, and split checks like it was nothing, and checked in at exactly the right moments without hovering. Everything arrived quickly, correctly, and with a smile, and her quiet, sincere warmth made the whole night feel special. If you see Caroline working, request her section—you’ll leave happy you did. Absolute MVP, 10/10, coming back just for her!

The word bistro indicates that there should be good food. “Bistreaux” would suggest good Louisiana food. Just because you blacken a few things doesn’t make it a bistreaux. I’d call the food sub-average at best so “going out to eat” is no reason to ride down Weddington for this place. On the bright side, the service team was good and plentiful, and good attitudes all around. A Plus. Sports everywhere. Beer selection – strong (although out of my first choice is always a bit of a downer). So “going out to drink” would be a good reason to visit. Other than that, or if you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and just need something fast, try another place.

Was driving by and thought to give them a try. Customer service was overall great. My waitress was very attentive and I appreciate management also coming by and checking in. I got the sliders and wings. Sliders were great but could have had a little more meat in them. The wings were also good but could use a little more of the seasoning I chose.
I saw a review about feathers on the wings and I can confirm that it’s just natural filaments that are not a health risk whatsoever. It’s common to see this specifically in wings.

The service was poor, and the food was seriously undercooked. I was shocked to find that the chicken wings were served with hair still on them — clearly not cleaned properly. When I pointed this out, the waiter initially dismissed it, simply saying, “Yeah, it’s hair,” without any apology. Another staff member eventually came over and apologized, but when I explained that this was a health hazard, especially with kids dining here, he responded rudely with, “I already said sorry, I will remove from cheque,” and walked away.
There was no real acknowledgment of the seriousness of the issue. The rest of the food was also bland and unappetizing. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Definitely not a place I’d recommend — especially for families.

I love coming to walk ons!!!! I always have a good time and the staff is amazing and always so kind. I was so surprised my server was also named caroline!!!!! We definitely shared a laugh about being name twins, she was great. I’m so glad she was so helpful and recommended the devils on horseback as well as the catfish Orleans.

Everyone was so great! The host, Hannah was such a delight when we first walked in. We ordered the Madi gras salmon and the starting lineup sampler. Food was amazing. Highly recommend this place, the atmosphere was so much fun! Definitely say hi to Hannah when you walk through the door! She is so sweet and fun to talk to!

The service here is always great. The staff is friendly, attentive, and actually seems like they care about you having a good experience. Management is present and involved, which you don’t always see, and it really shows in how the place runs. The atmosphere is fun, especially during games, and the portions are solid with plenty of options on the menu.
Honestly, the service and the way it’s managed are the biggest reasons I keep coming back. It just feels like they care.

Happened upon Walk Ons when looking for some wings. Decided to give them a try based on reviews. Arrived at location and directed to the back of restaurant. Got to window and employee just looked at me without saying a word. Another employee then came by a minute later and helped me. She secured my order and I was on my way. Wings smelled delicious but unfortunately did not taste so. They seemed barely cooked with the sauce sprinkled on. The sauce was pretty weak and watered down. I would have been better off at Bdoubs. You experience for yourself. I only had the wings and that was on takeout. The place was very loud if you get into that kind of atmosphere. Don’t plan on being in Arkansas again anytime soon but if so I would certainly give them another shot. Just wouldn’t get wings from here.

I love walk ons!!!! This place was so great I came to watch the women’s razorback basketball game and my sever caroline was so cool. She was funny and gave us some intel on what to order. I loved it, can’t wait to come back.
