Our first time here and our server Jessica was so sweet! Food was so good we forgot to take pictures we just dug in! We will definitely be back! Only picture we had after eating everything. We got the Louisiana platter and the Cypress salad.

Reading the reviews, I thought this place would be good but it wasn’t. When I walked in I was met by 3 employees behind the counter, none of them said hi or anything welcoming so I broke the awkward silence and said I’d like a table. One of them said “yeah” and then we just stood there looking at each other. I then asked, do I seat myself? One of them asked if it was just for me and finally got a menu and took me to a table. I should had walked out right then and there but my dang anxiety wouldn’t let me. When I ordered they were out of the food I wanted (again I should had left when they didn’t have what I wanted) so I settled for a hickory burger. The description on the menu for the hickory burger said it’s had bbq sauce on it as well as with a name like “hickory burger” you’d think it would have bbq sauce on it but it did not. I ordered a beer which tasted flat and made my stomach hurt. My only good experience here was the waitress who took my order, she was really nice. I had 2 reasons to leave before ordering and I failed to gather up the courage to walk away both times so I suffered my fate of a disappointing and dry burger on top of it all.

My family & I had dinner here and Emily was our server. Our food was hot and it was so quick! We waited barely 10 minutes before all of our plates were out. We played trivia while waiting & Emily was always there to check on us! Highly recommend!

Took a chance on Chance and it was worth it. Not only was he polite and engaging when we were undecided on the menu, he also noticed that we were having a debate in the intricacies of life in the panhandle. Chance took his time, was reflective and intellectually stimulating, drawing from philosophical sages like Plato, Socrates and Freud. As he worked us through our childhood trauma, defining what it was to be a man in today’s society, he also multitasked as a servant leader and host, never delaying in serving us, nor making sure our cups were full, both of water and of life . I highly recommend taking a Chance on him, in any leadership capacities that might open in the future. He has a high ceiling for upward mobility, and a passion for success.

We adore this establishment. The layout works well to separate families from the bar, the staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and the food is beyond stellar. I wish I could just order one of everything, but my stomach would never forgive me. The prices are great, too! There’s not enough I could say about how what a great restaurant they’ve created for our enjoyment. Top notch.
