I had a waitress by the name of Sierra… ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I mean from the start this young lady was on it. I mentioned this is my first visit. I was welcomed and recommended a few items.. Great Service!!! Now the food completely blew me away!! Portion, price, and food selections were great. Also the manager… I think her name was Erica… Also welcoming and great attitude.. This place is a 10/10, I can’t express how quick I’ll be returning… A MUST TRY!!!

I’ve eaten here before dining in,and enjoyed it, but tonight I ordered online for pick up. I started with the waffle cheese fries. The menu states that it comes with Jack cheddar, bacon and banana peppers. I got cheddar cheese and waffle fries, no bacon or banana peppers. I also ordered the Louisiana platter the hush puppies look a bit well done, the tarter sauce had something that looks like a fry in it . I just don’t feel they put any care or concern into my order and threw things together. It may just be best to dine in for me.

Really enjoyed Walk ons, the food was really good and the service was spot on. You gotta get the mozzarella sticks, they are hand breaded and have a unique taste that we enjoyed. We both got burgers and they were right on point, but they were really filling, but the fries were a miss for us. One thing I personally didn’t like was that the ladies there have to wear short skirts.

So we sat at the bar which was a nice vibe! The place was extremely packed! We actually lucked up on the bar seats. The wait for the table was 30 min which is not shocking for a Friday night. The drinks were top tier! Hats off to the bartenders. However the food was not prepared well. The gator bites were tough & undercooked. The fries were hard & overcooked. And the shrimp would have been so much better if we didn’t have clumps of shrimp fused together in overly thick batter. It may have been an off night. We are going to check it out again soon & hopefully I’ll get an opportunity to give a more positive rating.

We ordered the boudin balls for appetizer, we ordered the platter, the catfish new Orleans, and a side of jumbo shrimp.
For me, everything was way too salty. I season my food but I don’t over season or make my food real salty. The cocktail sauce was apparently homemade but had an incredible amount of horseradish, which made it disgusting. The tartar sauce with sweet and bitter at the same time.

I’ve waited some months to give this place a try, so the hype could calm down. Service was quick and nice! Waitress suggested the redfish tacos and they were delish! Super fresh and tasty along with the cocktail. The rest of my table ordered kids cheeseburgers and the ribeye sliders. No complaints other than the amount of food. I ordered the chicken Alfredo to go and it was alright. We will be back to try more!

I visited this restaurant about a month ago based on a friend recommendation. I was not really impressed with the food. I tried the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer and it had no flavor at all. I also tried the quesadilla with red beans and rice and did not like it. The quesadilla tasted very weird, it was supposed to be Cajun flavored but all I could taste was oregano and cheese. The red beans and rice were very salty. I may give it another chance in the future because I did like watching the games at the bar.

Five stars all around!! Our server Bri F. was great! She was so helpful and kind in suggesting what’s good on the menu. My redfish with crawfish cream sauce was DELICIOUS!! The manager Miles is one of the best! He was so attentive and really addressed the needs of his customers. We will definitely be back!!

I was able to participate in the soft opening at Walk-On’s today for lunch with my mother.I ordered the starter: waffle cheese fries, entree: the Chicken (blackened chicken) Berry Salad, a water and for dessert: Beignet Bites. My mom ordered the Hand Pattied Burger with onion rings and a sweet tea
The waffle cheese fries were delicious and the temperature was perfect. The chicken berry salad was plentiful, the presentation was perfect and it had topping throughout, the candied pecans made the salad so delicious. The Hand Pattied Burger was plentiful, seasoned and tasted delicious and the onion rings were delicious and the season on them was a great Cajun season. The beignets bites are so delicious and they were warm when they arrived.
I was very pleased with the location, the food, atmosphere and the employees. Our server Kedrian was amazing and provided excellent customer service and so did the management team. I highly recommend Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux and will return for the official opening and looking forward to dine in the outside patio area.
