and if i could 0 STARS i would. 0/10 My food appeared to be ate off of and a previous customers or an employee’s. when I called to inform the manager I got the feeling that the manager tried to insinuate that I did it. So I turned around half way to SHERWOOD mind you that’s nearly a 40 minute drive. Once AGAIN MIND YOU this is only my 2nd time ever trying waldo’s. extremely disappointed because yesterday on 10/30/25 I had the OG Sandwich with potato wedges for the first time 10/10 everything was fine .. Today I wanted the EXACT same order and I received something that smelled like cigarettes with potatoe wedges ate off of, a used straw wrapper and used bbq sauce with a sandwich that looks picked over

WOW!!! The fried chicken was wonderful as well as the Mac and cheese, slaw and fries. We’re so glad we found Waldo’s. They also offer many tap beers. The blue wing was very nice.

We tried this place for the first time, even though our extended family cone here often. We were greeted kindly. I wanted to try some greens with fried chicken and they advised which one to get. Mine was excellent. My wife got the whole grilled breast chichen with Mac and cheese and cucumber salad. Others in our family got the nachos…massive. One of our grandchildren got the kids Mac and cheese. She didn’t like it as it was loaded with other things. She wanted plain, so my wife traded with her side Mac and cheese that was normal. Everything else was great and the prices were more reasonable than similar places nearby. Oh, we got the biscuits and onion rings as appetizers. Also great.

Tonight was my 3rd time eating here. I ate all 3 times this past week. Yes, it is that good! They have the best Mac and cheese! All of their food is made from scratch. My son is so picky about his chicken. I introduced it to him yesterday and he wanted to go back to let my mother try it for the first time. It was a hit! We will be visiting more often! Also, the employees are all respectful and kind. They have impeccable customer service there. Thanks to everyone at the north little rock location. Yall are the best!!

I normally have good experiences and service here when I drive thru. However, this last time, I was given boiled chicken on my salad when I asked for crispy and it doesnt even have buffalo sauce on it. My fries the last few times have been old and burnt. I am very disappointed. I got all the way home to realize I had boiled chicken with no buffalo sauce instead of crispy. Im not sure if I will be a continued customer anymore. If I lived closer, I would have returned and asked for a refund.

I paid $23 and change for 12 wings that was barely cooked. And a handful of wedges. I’m in town from Jacksonville Florida. Walked to this place because it’s only a quarter of a mile from my hotel. Just to come back to barely cooked food, and a handful of wedges. I ate it when I should have went back for a refund to be honest. This place sucks! I could have ordered wings too and it wouldn’t have been as bad or expensive. Not worth the money or time if your from out of town stick to well known establishments or eat in so you can reject that bs. I been in Little Rock for 2 weeks the food sucks! Stick to what you know don’t get experimental lol I got the “homemade” banana pudding after I paid $23 dollars for uncooked wings it’s still in the fridge. I doubt it’s homemade or worth the 4 dollars I paid smh. I’m trying to save you some time and money go somewhere else or eat in!

We are from out of town and visited here for the first time. We both had the chicken tenders with fries. We love how everything was fried in tallow! When we went to leave, our car wouldn’t start. One gentleman helped us with jumper cables and we just wanted to rave about his customer service. Thank you so much for helping us. We’ll be back to eat again when we’re in town!

We eat Waldo’s at least once a week. It’s something the whole family can agree on for good food but it’s so much more than that. Everyone is always super kind and attentive while we’re there and in the drive thru. Just tonight I went just to get out of the house and ate inside by myself (41 yo Female) and everyone was so freaking kind and sweet. They made me feel like a VIP. I especially want to shout out Keith. He couldn’t have been kinder. Going above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, getting me a refill and taking my food away when I was done. I also wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman working the register at around 5:30 on Saturday night 12/27/25. He was also amazing and made me feel welcome and special. If corporate sees this, you need to know how well your staff there is taking care of the Waldo’s name. They all deserve raises. Oh and the food was amazing as well! Always is!

Service was excellent and Brayon had things running really smooth during an after-church Sunday rush. We enjoy good food but also like to move fast, and were pleasantly surprised how quickly everything flowed based on how full the parking lot was. My chicken was great. Wife’s tenders had awesome flavor and she loves the little biscuits. The beans and collards and simple and delicious. We’re slowly becoming regulars based on experiences like this.

We went after church. The chicken was fantastic. The shoestring fries were served cold, but they rectified the mishap and brought out some fresh ones. The mac-n-cheese is nothing to write home about, but I did like the cavatappi pasta they used instead of macaroni. I asked for blue cheese with my meal but received ranch. I would come back, but I would check my order before leaving.
