I had a good omlette here. Lady wasn’t overly nice but wasn’t mean like the other reviews. Weber state an odd place tho. I like omelette and I wish there were more places to get fast omelettes for kinda cheap in salt lake which is where I am from. But it would be nice if Grantsville or Stansbury had a cheap quick omelette. Virgs has good omlette for cheap just not fast as I need sometimes

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am mortified by the choice of hiring at this place. This morning, I was working on homework in the Shepherd Union. A lovely girl went up to order. She is bilingual, English may not be her first language. The way the employee treated her was absolutely horrific. I am being literal when I say that this employee yelled at her, asking her, “WHAT SIZE OF DRINK DO YOU WANT?” I looked up right away. She continued to speak to her awfully, and I nearly got up to say something. I cannot believe that I witnessed this at Weber State University. This is completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this to management, and I will be astonished if this woman keeps her job. This type of customer service is horrendous and should not, under any circumstances, be allowed or overlooked.

As someone who’s been here frequently, the food here is pretty ok, but the the customer service here I gotta say is horrendous. One time my Weber Card had nothing wrong with it, and I made sure I had cash on it, yet they kept telling me to go check at the info desk. I came back and tried to fix it and they still wouldn’t do anything about despite it being their problem.
I get that we’re all human beings, but they could at least make people just trying to get a simple meal a little easier on them.

Pretty bummed with the customer service here, a few empoyees are okay but one lady is down right extreamly rude to us im sure everyone knows exatly who she is. I used to come here everyday back in 2019 and it was one of my favorite places to eat on campus. food is decent but who makes you pay for fry sause in utah, and if you have everyone you serve why are you working in cx service!

The food is alright, and it’s pretty convenient to grab a quick bite on campus. Though, the customer service leaves some to be desired, while the employees are generally nice, a few are downright rude, and it makes the whole ordering process feel rather uninviting.

Great experience. I’m currently a student at NUAMES up on Weber campus and finally came here to get a meal. It was by far, the cheapest and easiest way to get food here. I do have allergies so I couldn’t eat much of the menu items, but I’m glad to say that the waffle fries are gluten-free and delicious! Great service and will come again!

I know Weber State does not care about any feedback students have but I thought I would post this in case they decide to listen.
There are a few very simple things they could fix.
I sat waiting for my meal that I ordered for at least 15 minutes. Each of the 6 or 7 interactions I saw before my own had students pickup up their food. Every time they would set the food down, yell the number, and then walk to the back of the kitchen. The customer would approach the counter and yell into the back, “Do you have any ketchup?” or “Do you have any sauce?”. They would get no response. They would then ask again, and get a response on the second or third try that was very irritated. This happened on every interaction.
In my time while writing this review I saw 5 students get in line. Both of the workers were standing behind the counter but neither one of them said anything to the customers. In addition to this poor execution of customer service, two of the customers in line walked away because they were just standing there with workers in the back. After at least 10 minutes the customers were acknowledged. After an additional 5 minutes they started taking orders from customers. By this point, the line had grows to about 8 people with only a 50% retention in those waiting to place their order.
Finally, when people were placing their order they treated the customers as if, “Where else are you going to go?”. While it is true that Weber State is “just Weber” it is sad when they pretend to serve their students.
I would gladly go somewhere else to get food but unfortunately if I leave in the middle of the day I will not get a parking space since Weber State decided to spend millions on a bus route that no one will use instead of addressing the real issue of parking.
I guess that Weber students are supposed to wake up an hour before their first class starts, ride the bus, and then wait 20 minutes for a simple breakfast item. They will then somehow work it out with their employer to take another -at least- hour to get home and then go to work. One might say that they should just work on campus. I would has how can you pay rent, pay for tuition, and afford to lose so much time taking public transport when you are being paid $8-$9 and hour and can make almost double at any other fast food restaurant?
Every faucet of Weber State is infested with a lack of care or concern for their students with the exception of a few great teachers I have had. Like I said, I do not have much room to complain since it is “just Weber” and I could have chosen any University.
