I’m giving them three stars. The pizza was the best I’ve ever had. But I’m not from Chicago and I’m sure there’s better. However, their customer service SUCKED. The delivery guy got mad because I didn’t tip him…I didn’t tip him because I had to pay ten dollars extra compared to online because they didn’t have an option to pay with cash unless you call. So $40 for a medium pizza and small drink. That’s INSANE. Plus the dude had a trump hat on.

This is being told to us to be a stuffed crust pizza … no this is basically a calzone pizza…pay $3.00 per topping barely got any sausage in the pizza and the pizza made me sick all night

Pay $37 plus tip waited over an hour to get the order told the person on the phone the address not kidding over 12 times and they still didnt get it thenhe said is this a hotel yes i did state the baymont at 12801 and yet again whats the address

After I got off work, I called ahead to place my order for a veggie pizza because a week ago I ordered a veggie pizza and it was ok and somewhat close to home. So I saved my cheat day for the same day this week because I was satisfied with my order previously. After my husband knew I ordered he also placed an order for a separate pizza. I get home, get comfy and begin eating my food to find that it was not what I ordered. It was a supreme pizza, which has pork on it. I can not eat pork because it makes me sick. I call to let them know that my order was incorrect and they told me to bring the pizza back and they would make me a new one. They didn’t offer anything extra for my trouble of getting it wrong and CThaving to come back which, as a fellow worker in the food service industry, is a terrible way to treat your customers. I get there and I tell the manager that I was clear about my order and couldn’t not understand how they could confuse a veggie pizza with a supreme pizza, as they don’t even sound the same when spoken verbally and that if I get sick, it could pose a bigger problem. It also posed a more major concern because I am also pregnant. His cold and rude response was a shoulder shrug and the mention that they have insurance. I will never order from this place again because of the lack of consideration for me as a customer. Please be warned that this place has terrible customer service and if they make the mistake of getting your order wrong, they don’t even really care. My advice would be to take your hard earned money somewhere else. I know it’s what I’ll be doing moving forward.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going to Waldo Cooney’s anymore. I ordered lasagna today had it delivered. It looks great. But it was bad. If you ever had an opportunity to eat something that’s rotten? I just did. I threw up. Then I called the store reported the incident the young lady was very kind as always. They said they would replace the item or the credit. But I don’t think they replaced the lining of my stomach. Once bitten twice shy I’m not going to be going up all the Cooney’s anymore. It’s expensive not to mention the pizza by the slice is like eating a wad of dough. This is a very disturbing experience. Everybody makes mistakes but I’ll never be able to get rid of this memory. On my second bite. I just started violently heaving. It’s rotten! That food cost too much to be handing out bad stuff.

Man this has to akin to the lunchables pizza. One of the absolute worse slices of pizza I’ve ever had. Generic bland and undercooked extra thick dough. I guess it’s cheap tho. But why make a product that isn’t worthy of the name. Waldo cooneys used to be a trusted source of pizza on a Friday night. Now it’s garbage. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Subway you’ll leave much happier.
