I ordered the California roll and kimchi stew with beef to try. The California roll was not great. The filling to rice ratio was off. I know most people would love to have more filling, I agree if it’s fresh fish, but California roll filling….to much. I think if they made a little cheaper and used about half the filling they do it would be good. The kimchi stew wasn’t bad, but felt lacking for some reason. Really couldn’t put my finger on why I felt that way. Maybe if there were more stuff in it, like those disc shapes rice cakes, I think it would elevate that dish. Overall the food is average and will hit the Korean food craving but because of those few issues I had to knock a few stars off

We got 3 different sushi rolls and couldnt even pick them up they just crumbled apart. The rice had little to no flavor. The sushi wasnt that good either. Also you order at a kiosk and it still asks for a tip. We paid $50 something for food that wasnt good.

Food was not as pictured on the menu. When I pointed this out to the work staff, she was incredibly rude and unapologetic. The tables were sticky and not wiped down or clean. Vegetables in fried rice were still hard and not fully cooked. Several pieces of California roll had no cucumber. Again, waitstaff was rude and unconcerned. Would not return.

**Review for Wako Roll**
I recently visited Wako Roll and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their sushi and the overall dining experience. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality offered.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Currently, I’m disabled and the waitress went above and beyond to assist me with my order and drinks. Her attentiveness and kindness made my visit very comfortable and enjoyable.
Thank you so much for the outstanding service and great food, Wako Roll. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent sushi and superb customer care.

Visited this place for the first time recently. A co-worker recommended it. I wasn’t impressed with the interior of the establishment. It looked kind of messy and in need of love. The customer service was excellent. The cashier was super nice as well as the employee that gave me the order. About the food, well, we ordered 3 different rolls of sushi and the 3 of them were actually really good. We also ordered spicy fries and fried rice. We disliked both. The rice was hard, dry and tasteless. We will not order again rice or fries. We did enjoyed their fried squid rings. They were tasty. Overall an ok place that could be really good if they put more attention to detail on their menu and interior decor of the place.

This place has done way downhill. Everything is self- serve, and they expect you to leave a tip. You have to place your order at a kiosk unless paint cash, then a person will take your order. Additionally, expect 3 people to share one “plate” but at another table being two plates. Forget about getting a roll with soy paper unless you want to use a spoon to eat. Sushi fell apart just by picking up other pieces. Then, they want to charge you $0.50 for any additional sauce. See attached photos. Won’t be back here again until big changes are made.

Having to order through the kiosk just so they can charge you a “convenience” fee is nonsense. Food came out so staggered that half our party was done eating when the last arrived. One roll never came. Boba was out of stock, tea was empty. The rolls weren’t cut all the way through so they fall apart when you try to pick them with chopsticks. Staff on their phones at the counter. Just not worth the trouble. Used to come frequently. Bummer.

This place is an introvert’s paradise; one person’s cold and sterile is another’s low anxiety. I ordered from the kiosk, got my drink, and my food came out shortly. The server was friendly, and the portion was good. I got the hot bibimbap and had about half left over for a snack later. I want to try the bulgogi next time. Since I paid up front I grabbed my leftovers and bounced.

Considering the ingredients and the fact that it is operated in the United States, it would be difficult to say that it is exactly the same as authentic Korean food. However, I believe it is quite similar in many ways. The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are reasonable.
The cleanliness of the restaurant is not bad, though it could be improved a little. The food was served fairly quickly, so there was no long wait. Utensils and water cups are self-service.
