Easy access from the road and plenty of parking around the business. Wakeboard Willies keeps it simple with “Ice Cream, Shakes & Sundaes”. Really, what else do you really need when it’s time to indulge a little? There’s nothing fancy about WW. It’s a nice small town/lake community, family run business. The ice cream selection was varied and the possibilities with shakes were wide. The decor is bright and basic with a few seats inside and several more tables w umbrellas outdoors. Most customers enjoyed their orders from the front seats of their cars. The ice cream is tasty and refreshing and a great experience.

Seems like every time we come here, they’re out of something. Sometimes, it’s ice cream (except for one flavor), and sometimes, it’s when they are out of lids and cannot make or sell us milkshakes. I understand this is a popular joint, but no lids was the last straw (no wordplay intended). Inventory is important. Plan around the holidays and busy times.

We enjoyed delicious ice cream while vacationing at Lake Gaston! I had a double scoop of a caramel praline cluster flavor in a waffle cone and it was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Local business but I have to say the employees are always so unfriendly. Been 3 times this summer and they don’t say hi, they don’t smile they don’t say a Single word. They mutter the total at the end! It’s just unpleasant every single time. It’s not that hard to be pleasant!
