HERE FOR CAM!!!! This location and the one on Carmichael are my favorites. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. Cam is the best, he was at the Carmichael location before and is now here, and is doing amazing with this location! He deserves a raise and stock in WUC if he doesn’t already have it. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Been going to this location since it was Roasters and Black rock. I get my coffee everyday. The customer service and management is horrible! I went in evening at 7:40 and the barista told me she couldn’t make me a coffee since she cleaned everything already. They close at 8 they should be able to serve me coffee until they close. Some of the employees have long conversations and the line gets so long. I did talk to the manager but he said they’re told to have conversation with customers. I will NOT be going to any of their coffee shops!

Worst service to start the day. Took 20 minutes to have them make my coffee wrong.
Turns out when you order a white coffee white rocket you have to accentuate the white ness otherwise they don’t get it.
Handed me a medium the first time, then a small when they remade it even tho I paid for a medium.
Most awkward and unpleasant experience from two unprofessional female coffee baristas. I will not be returning holy awkwardness.
Next time you’re that slow and screw up an order maybe just apologize and educate instead of telling me how I just confused you so.
Have a good one, I won’t come back here.

Love the crew, they are the absolute best! A nice full espresso roast, consistent drinks. My favorite of all the Wakeup Calls. This crew keeps me coming back.
