Visited here for breakfast on a snowy morning, loved the vibe around, I ordered a Good Morning Wrap along with a Cortado Coffee and loved it! My husband ordered a Mushroom Toast and a Cappuccino, he liked the coffee but not the toast… the Mushrooms didn’t taste fresh or warm and felt was over priced!! Will definitely go back here for coffee if not for breakfast again Coming to parking, it is another issue they don’t have ample of space but a few and mostly occupied but they are located right opposite Ambler Septa Station. So you can park at the Station for a $2 fee..

Very good coffee. Plastic stirring straws are a problem. Other Coffee shops Borough have wood. Two locations have reviewed all their packaging for sustainablity with Backyard winning high recognition for its efforts.

Great decorations out front.

No complaints. Unique espresso blend. Sweet bitterness with a bourbon finish. Cappuccino was done nicely on the dry side. Breakfast sandwich was very good. Fresh bun and ingredients. Pleasant outdoor space and all the normal amenities if you’re working remotely or catching up with your kid.

This place is an amazing business. The service, coffee and food is fantastic. Even if you’re stopping by for a quick meeting and a coffee, you cannot go wrong with this spot

Spent the last few weeks trying coffee across the area based on IG profiles and word of mouth. This was my first stop. New owner is amazing. Greeted customers and spent time with them. Coffee was SO good. Ridic. What took me away was their breakfast sammie. Made with REAL eggs, their roll, so good and that sausage – wow. Will be back. Great intro to the area.

I used to really look forward to coming to Wake. ~ A year or two ago, I could reliably get a good cortado from an experienced barista. Not sure what’s happened since, but it now just feels like it’s lost its soul. I no longer go — the coffee drinks are average at best (this is an objective truth). The only thing it has going for them at this point is the space itself.

I don’t write this to shit on a business, but I do think if fair criticism isn’t shared, then every place would be 5 stars purely on selection bias. It’s a shame that they seem to be cutting corners on the most important part of the business — a great barista.

I love this place!! It’s a great environment to get work done or chat with a friend. The food is good and the drinks are high quality as well. I go the avocado toast and fall shaken espresso; both were delicious:)

My first time here and a nice surprise. The coffee is roasted on site. Many varieties of coffees are offered along with pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Place your order at the iPad kiosk and your order will be called when done. I got a regular coffee and almond croissant. Both were very good. Indoor seating and some outdoor tables too. This is a popular place. They also distribute their coffees to stores like Weavers Way. Coffee is excellent.
The building feels like it used to be a garage or car dealership. Industrial atmosphere in the area.
133 S Main St, Ambler. Check them out!

A great local coffee shop and sandwich spot right by the Ambler train station. Plenty of space inside with large tables and more private smaller tables. The roastery is located in the back where all the beans are freshly made.

If you’re in a hurry can also pre-order with an easy-to-use app.

For coffee shop, the breakfast sandwich menu is extensive and is one of the best quick unfussy places to have breakfast in town.

There are two restrooms which makes it convenient. You can also buy some cool merch on site including totes, mugs, and, of course, latest bean variety.

Parking can be tough if you come on a busy day.

Have been a long time customer of Wake – for years – and it’s truly a gem in Ambler. I’ve been to so many coffee shops and Wake is one of the few that gets so creative with their drinks all year round. The service is fantastic, the cafe is amazing, and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are always top notch!
