Can only say frigging delicious! Got the super melt. So satisfied! Fresh hot beef patties, perfectly grilled bread, real bacon, cheese, grilled onions , pickles and creamy mustard sauce. Hands down the best burgers around! Mmm mmm

First time @ walburgers today, burger & fries were good but definitely overpriced. They forgot my chocolate shake I had to ask the boy who delivered my food that I had not gotten it yet, by the time I got it i was almost done with my meal. Took one drink of the chocolate shake & it tasted horrible just left it on the table after I finished my meal. Glad I tried the establishment but will not be back secondary to the price over 14.00 & mediocre food & service.

Visited on 12/8/24, had their fiesta burger standalone & small shake for $16… overpriced chain that your really just paying for the name. The chain is run by the 2 non-famous brothers, who rely on their famous Hollywood brothers career & image for a cut of the profits. Recent years Hy-vee is scaling back on converting former Hy-vee Grills into Walburgers, because their starting to see it not profitable.

The cashier Elena, barely speaks English and is not the friendliest person. I wanted to order a hot dog and was denied because I wasn’t a child, but the “children’s ” menu doesn’t have an age marked on it or saying that a hot dog is only for children.

Well truth be told,one of the meals was undercooked. We had to ask for a partial refund. The cooks don’t know that If you fry everything in same oil that the fish, Chicken, and other flavors contaminate together creating a nasty taste. The double decker was greasy but ok had barely any seasonings on it. Both the Chicken and beef The buns were saggy mushy by the time we asked for our appetizer first they sent it out last . No tip for the staff members. Won’t be returning any time soon first time impression goes a long way.

When ordering, our cashier was impatient and rushed us. When they brought us our food one of the burgers was made wrong and an item was missing. We asked for it to be corrected and they had to remake the burger TWICE and still got it wrong. Although we started out having a bad experience, the bartender, Alexa R., was extremely polite and made the drinks well. The food was also immaculate.

They will charge you for things and not give it to you. I wanted a side with my 10 dollar meal and it ended up costing almost 20 dollars and all i got was a side sauce and no side. They are scammers and rude. They shouldn’t even still be in business there is no reason i should be paying for things im not getting
