Already went a few times. It gets packed, long lines. Good food but the menu changed. We tried to get salads but not making salads at this time. Got a fish sandwich with regular tater tots. The only thing I didn’t like is that there are no t-shirts with the “Mescalero NM Wahlburgers” on it. Boo for that. Everything else really great. My dad and sister got same thing, fish but my sister got sweet potatoe tots and my dad got crispy onion rings.

Lady at counter had no clue. She was very rude. She would start helping one person and then go to another. Two people brought wrong orders back while we were in line. Mine was wrong but I wasn’t going to go stand in line. The burger was extremely blah….the onion strings tasted old and burned. The guys from the back kept coming to the front and just walking around. Service was very bad. We have come here before but we won’t be back. 1/4/2026 5:00

Broken Arrow Tap House
Figured that since it was New Year’s eve that it would be busy and service would be slow but the service was just beyond unacceptable. I can deal with slow service on busy days but what we got was disappointing, we ordered appetizers and about 40min later our server forgot about us, we had to ask a different server to order entrees and ended up waiting another 40min. I got my food and as they brought it that’s when they told my wife they don’t have what she asked for so she had to wait another 20min. My wife is seven months pregnant so it was hard to see her just sitting there with no food while I had my steak in front of me. It took them an hour to tell us that what she had ordered was all out. We spent about about an hour and a half there about 15min of that was eating and the rest was waiting. The only reason I complain so much is because we sat there waiting, people at other tables sat, ate and left and we were still waiting to order… Sadly, service like that just becomes frustrating

This must have been one of the BEST burgers I have ever tried. I rate my burgers by the taste of the meat. I was so impressed that it was my main meal for the two days I was at my hotel. The onion rings were not as we are normally used to seeing, but were really good. The only thing I am sorry about is that Wahlburgers only has this one location in New Mexico.

Check in was at 3 didn’t get our room till six. After reading the reviews they do this on purpose so you can spend money in their casino. Our Anniversary Reservations were ruined and end ended up having to eat burgers at Wahlburgers. The staff was rude and charged us twice for the reservation fee instead of waiving the fee for the inconvenience of our 3 our late check in. The shower didn’t work either and we had to take a bath instead of shower. If you’re gonna go to Riodoso rent a room from somewhere else. It was not worth the money not worth the 3 hour wait to check in. It was a horrible experience.

Fries were ok, chicken slider was undercooked. The charge for water refills, even though they didn’t charge for a water cup. Definitely eating elsewhere when visiting IMG next time.

Food was good, just wish I had a bigger serving! The pepperoni smash was an interesting combination – did not expect the sauce to be sweet. Service was great – although staff were ‘spread thin’ a bit and limited in numbers, my server was very friendly and attentive. My order was spot on. Thanks guys, I’ll be back for sure!

Learning about the culture through art was amazing! The food at both Broken Arrow Tap House and Wendells was great. Best Wagyu Ribeye, EVER! Our room had some issues. The A/C didn’t work, tvs had some issues, and shower heads didn’t all work. We had a pretty expensive suite so I expect all these things to work! Most got fixed the next day. But night one was pretty uncomfortable! All in all, it was a nice place. Maybe an A-. Casino was C at best.
