Not a good experience. Prices were about 150% what they were when it was Market Grille, but there were no waiters (have to order at a counter like a McDonald’s. Bartender was uninterested in explaining offerings or prices for drinks. Attendant at counter was pleasant, and asked if I wanted my burger “medium,” and I said yes, but when I got it was quite overdone. Soggy, greasy fries. Also, they gave us ketchup in friggin packets. You’d be better off getting fast food, it would be a quarter of the price and twice as tasty.

I was expecting more for the price! Had a double burger… so $12 + change… which i would pay if the bun wasn’t the kind that instantly flattens into a wafer-thin grease sponge… or if both patties were cooked the same. The menu disclaimer states all burgers will be cooked medium unless requested otherwise, but i think the one was a little red (judge for yourself). If you’re doing take-out, be sure to check before you get home… my mistake.

Had the jucy Lucy. Was not good at all. Sandwich was warm, granted the cheese was gooey, there just wasn’t much flavor. Cheese curds were delicious along with that sweet potato tots and regular tots.

Employees are forced to stand up for several hours in an area that is extremely cold even though there are stools that are high enough for the employees to still be able to take our orders.
At the very minimum I expect to see humane working environment especially for employees who may not enforce their rights out of fear of losing their job during a pandemic.
And there is no tip jar for them.
On top of that the food is great but takes forever.

We had absolutely amazing service today! We are regulars and come here a few times per week. Not only was our young server (Olin) the only person running the bar…but he was also the only person taking food orders and serving food as well. He even made my friend a root beer float, from a brand new tub of ice cream! (We all who have worked in food service know how much this sucks!) Olin was a fantastic server, anything we needed was quickly resolved by him and we hope to come back and be served by him soon! Thank you so much Zane Ave. Wahlburgers for being a consistently amazing venue for us and our lunch crew! You guys are truly the absolute best.

From outside, the restaurant looks like a very healthy place with lots of vegetarian options but you’d barely find 1 vegetarian option.
We got a quick chili fries thinking it’ll just be something spicy because we didn’t want to order the ONE vegetarian option – Impossible Burger!
They first got the order with meat and then were very rude (except one server at the entrance) when we asked them why it had meat! Then they got us fries with a thin line of mayo on top, with a very weird face!They didn’t even provide any utensils and just left!
Never going back again!

I’m kind of sad to post this, but the Brooklyn Park Hyvee Wahlburgers has completely diminished in service and quality. We’ve probably gone there ten times in the last six months and it started out pretty decent – and the kids ate for free. The staff always seemed shorthanded, but were courteous and attentive in the beginning. Fast forward to today and there is zero service – you order at a kiosk and have to get drinks at the bar separately. Kids meals are no longer free and the staff has lost all of their customer service skills. It’s a shame, but I think I’d rather go to any of the surrounding fast food burgers places or just go the extra distance for Shake Shack in neighboring Maple Grove.

Hubby and I met granddaughters and grandson at Wahlburgers for supper. It was the first time for all of us and everyone said they would eat here again. I had the corn chicken salad and really enjoyed how fresh everything tasted. The dressing was the best. Serving was very generous; I ended up bringing half of it home. I’ve never had fried pickles before and will definitely order them again. Others had burgers and chicken sandwiches, all with side of fries which were perfectly seasoned. Pleasant and attentive wait staff.

I know there are still struggles getting people to work especially in the service industry. However, the wait person had no idea how to take an order, didn’t once check on us to refill drinks, or let us know the status of our order. 40 minutes later, I tried to find someone, anyone, who could tell us where was the food. Finally another server came over to check on us. She said she would check. Our server came back to tell us that it would be 3 more minutes. The food showed up 5 minutes later.
The potatoes on my friends meal were undercooked. The egg on my breakfast sandwich was runny despite ordering over hard egg.
The wait person had zero communication skills. We would say something and she would simply walk away. She did not remember I had sparkling water and not still when I eventually had to ask for a refill.
I cannot return to this restaurant until things improve.
