I was ordering food and I asked the person next to me what they were getting I was hung up on. Instead of being put on hold or asking to call back when I have my order ready. It’s unprofessional to do that. Especially when I’m giving you my money for the unnecessary pricing.

Ridiculous experience. Lady in there with the purple short hair cut ignorant, and rude. We tried to call in and kindly ask her a question about the menu and she hung up on us, then went in to speak with her, she got loud and then proceeded to yell and walk away when talking to her.
