Wagyu Master is so lucky to have Matt and Chris as servers/managers! I came in with a party of 2 on a Thursday night and was sat immediately with no wait time. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and the manager, Chris, actually came to our table to break down the menu. We really appreciated that there was no pressure on how fast we should decide or which menu we should order. You could tell he genuinely just wanted to help and give good recommendations! We ended up getting the Diamond tier for their speciality items and unlimited A5 rich cut meats. Their beef tongue was one of the best I have ever had and it’s super rare that a shabu restaurant offer beef tongue! I thought this was a very new and refreshing idea. Their meats also melt in your mouth and I really liked the steak on their specialty items list. Among their broth selection, I really loved their ox tail tomato and passion fruit broths – they were chef’s kiss! These soup bases, alone, make this restaurant worth coming back for and one of a kind! The fruits are also worth mentioning as I have never seen any other Chubby Club restaurant have such fresh, high-quality fruit! Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Make sure to come in with an empty stomach as they have a huge selection of foods! Service here is also top-tier and I would come back just for the incredible service from Matt and Chris! The restaurant would not be the same without them, or their warm and attentive service. 🙂

We had an amazing experience at this AYCE wagyu hot pot, and a big part of it was thanks to our server, Rheiven. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire meal. What really stood out was the sauce he recommended and mixed for us—it was incredibly well balanced and honestly so delicious that it elevated the whole hot pot experience. You can tell he really understands the flavors and knows how to customize sauces to match the wagyu perfectly. He checked on us often without being intrusive and made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Outstanding service like this truly makes a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back, and hope to be served by Rheiven again.

If you want to eat here, I recommend joining the waitlist. It helps a lot and we didn’t have to wait in line for too long. The food was totally worth the price. We chose the Gold set and everything was delicious. Kit was our server tonight and he was super nice and helpful. The table was also big enough for everything we ordered. We will definitely come back.

Had a great experience at Wagyu Master. Our server, Drew B., was excellent—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
Standout dishes were the passion fruit broth, which was surprisingly balanced and refreshing, the crispy beef tongue with perfect texture and flavor, and the squab, cooked beautifully and incredibly tender. Everything felt well thought out and executed with care.
Overall, great service and memorable dishes. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Eric D was our server and took care of us all the way through. It was our first time, and he was super helpful, explained all the different options and checked in on us to make sure we got all the things we ordered. He was so friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The hostess in the front was also so helpful and super great as well! There is a lot of food! Dim sum, fried foods, rice and curries, sushi, fruit, and so much! Would definitely return.

Awesome visit opening week! The entire staff was amazing! From the hostesses, to Lia our sweet waitress, and Jonathan who kept table clear, to Nico who did an amazing Sukiyaki show for us! Everything was fresh and plentiful. We went with that Diamond Tier yet any tier truly is worth it! The add ons were great- my favorite was the Salt and Pepper crab and Sukiyaki show. You truly can’t go wrong with Japanese Wagyu. Stop by and enjoy!
