This restaurant is probably the worst at Silver Dollar City. The unfriendly servers grabbed our food out of pans that I could tell had been cooked long ago. I understand cooking food ahead of time preparing for a crowd but there was hardly anyone there. Throw the food out and make fresh. The fries were a drippy soggy mess of grease. Avoid this place

The service and atmosphere was fine, but the food was awful. Soggy, yet burnt fries, dry chicken, and dry turkey left much to be desired. Food must have been sitting for hours prior to purchase. Food was also incredibly expensive for the portion size.

The Gobbler’s leg is a huge turkey leg that can feed two people. The Wagon Wheel Wrap was good, but nothing special. The side of beans comes in a small 4oz container. The fries were a better option as they gave us a bunch. All in all, the quality is what you expect of from an amusement park.

Lady at the check out counter was really rude and disrespectful. When we were checking out she was rushing, and my mom said add 3 sodas and she said “okay 38 something” she never handed us cups so when we went back she side eyed us and got attuide with my mom. my mom is one of the sweetest people ever so i don’t take people like that lightly. Food was pretty good but whoever the woman was with the white hair should find a new job

Yesterday we chose Wagon Works Grill to eat and while the food was okay…the 5 stars goes to Fabio who works in the kitchen. He is fantastic…made for such a pleasant meal as we interacted with him. Truly hope management is aware if how valuable he is.
