honestly do not know how this place has such a high review marking. We came here to play pool but there were people already playing pool so we were going to just eat something at the restaurant. we stood where another couple was just standing before they got sat at a table. We stood there for 4 minutes before someone even spoke to us and said a table should open up any minute now. 2 ladies at a table were getting up and pointed at us and the table they were getting up at, the insisted we grab it before the table was grabbed (I guess that’s how they run things there idk)
So when the waitress walked by I explained to her what happened and she only smiled at me (ok) I’m not sure what that means. We waited about 5 minutes for the table to get wiped down afterwards.
Then just sat there still waiting for menus. After the waitress finally gave up the menus we got to ordered. The waitress was taking drinks order’s for every table all at once while was in all putting her behind. I use to be a waitress for 15 years I know a thing or 2 I have patience and emphasis with them. But this waitress needs a better strategy on how she handles her tables and she might get better and tables won’t sit and wait long times for ordering and etc. When we were ready for the bill and a box she brought me the box but no bill.i had to wait 15 minutes for a bill that the other waitress grabbed for us. All and all I will not be back , the food wasn’t so good either. The personal pizza seemed like a frozen dough with toppings they just threw on. I did like the steak frys though. Really bad experience here and felt very u welcomed the whole time. There was a couple that walked in after us sat at a dirty table, got it cleaned off got their order in, eat and we were still waiting for our food.

Great little dive bar! Excellent sliders, pizza, Reuben’s and fish and chips.
Servers are friendly making sure customers are served promptly.

I had a piece of gross paper wrapped around my meat in my philly steak and cheese sandwich. I ate part of it thinking it was maybe an onion skin that hadn’t been peeled correctly. Other than that the cheese steak was cold, the cheese had never been melted completely before it cooled. It barely had any onion or peppers on it. This meal was a complete failure. However the server, a young rock n roller girl was really good the manager came over and was also very good. They took the philly off the bill AS WELL AS MY WIFE’S MEAL. Thank you. Because of that kindness and the fact that the other meals for my group were enjoyed by them, i will come back and try again, and re-adjust my low score.

Classic hole in the wall dive bar type. It is what it is. Stopped in as it was convenient to meet up with a group of friends and it hasn’t changed much since I used to hang out after work there in 1997. Not that that’s a bad thing I suppose.

The best hole in the wall bar around, everyone is treated like family the whole staff is fantastic. Bre is one of the best bartenders in the area. Quick with drinks remembers your name always friendly. Sandy and Charlie have created a wonderful atmosphere here great food & music. Whether you want come to hideout from the world or bring a group and enjoy Karaoke with friends. Thursday specials never disappoint. You are bound to make new friends, have a laugh and enjoy yourself. Best staff around. Go check it out tell them I sent you.

This is a “good ol’ bar”. After a very long day of contracting work, I didn’t feel like going downtown Northville to somewhere high-end (nor did my clothes fit that occasion haha!), so I tried this place, and it hit the spot. The prices are better than all the restaurants nearby, the burger portion was large and tasty, and it felt like a normal casual bar. Loved it! I wish I discovered this place when we still lived in Oakland County!

Very disappointing experience. The female bartender was extremely rude and unfair toward my friend and me. There was no clear reason for the way we were treated and the interaction felt unwelcoming and unacceptable.

I came here for lunch, it was recommended by a regular. I really liked the pizza I had, and the bartender was fast and friendly. I walked in at 11am and there were only two people at the bar, by the time I left there were about 15 people, mostly local workers. Even when they got busy, they made sure my drink was full and asked how I liked the food. It was a little dark in there for my taste, but I understand why. If I am in the area, I would definitely try this place again.

Hadn’t been here in years. Always a fun neighborhood bar. Friendly patrons. Cheers like atmosphere. I really enjoyed the French Toast Stout they carry there. Yummy. Good place to hangout.
