My family and I were looking for a nice place to celebrate my birthday. The Wagers staff was kind and happily accomandated 9 guests. The food was wonderful. They offered skillet pizzas..Wager home made burgers.. Tater tots.. Salads.. Large baked potatoes.. Grilled chicken.. Chicken tenders.. We also got a very tasty appetizer.. The server also brought extra plates so we could enjoy birthday cake..

I’ve been told this is the best place in Macon to watch a game. The vibe was great, there were one type of TVs, a good mix of people, and the bartenders were so nice. I would definitely say stop in if you’ve never come!

I heard about this place through word of mouth. We ordered wings, trio sampler, burgers and honesty not impressed. The burger was huge which was awesome but it was absolutely greasy. The wings were fantastic and the tater skins were phenomenal. But, service didnt seem like they didn’t want to be there not very personable and just wasnt an overall great experience. People smoked at the bar and not something you want to smell while trying to eat or enjot your time. I won’t be going back.

Yes, there is smoking but only saw 2 people smoking and it was not over powering. The steak and burgers are awesome! Pork chops got overdone on the hot plate. Wish it had been served in a regular plate. Over all, it was good!

After a day’s drive from Cincinnati we wanted a good meal before checking in at our hotel. Tried Outback and Carrabba’s which both had waits. We saw Wager’s and decided to try. So glad we did! Local bar where staff was very welcoming and food great! I had steak salad with their awesome homemade ranch dressing and my hubby had their steak sandwich with fries. We were in and out in about 35 min!! Highly recommend!
