As always, the food was excellent.

But it was the service that was the highlight!! The staff are excellent…. Well informed about the food and always attentive to anything one needs.

Great service and food was delicious and flavourful as always. Lot of Veggie and Vegan options. We are served by Yuko, she was communicative and friendly with kids. Food is served without much delay even on Saturday afternoon. Recommended visit for whole family.

Great spot for catching up with family and friends. Food is consistently good, and we were served promptly. Ages ranged between 12 and 81 in our group, and everyone found something they liked on the menu!

Fab visit here on Saturday. Can never get over how fresh the food is! Had my usual order of gyozas and yaki soba and it didn’t disappoint. Will be back.

A busy Saturday valentines night with a queue down the street and I cannot praise this restaurant and its team enough. Every member of staff was polite, efficient and friendly. Expectations were managed before we even entered about wait times due to the sheer volume of customers. And when the wait for one dish was rather long a free dessert was offered and after we declined as we appreciated how busy it was, they took that particular item off the bill. True customer service at its best. Most restaurants in Reading can learn from this. Oh and delicious fresh and tasty food as always. Highly highly recommended

Food was absolutely delicious. The service was so-so. Had to ask for utensils several times and remind servers on what we ordered. The place has very lovely atmosphere and they had options for me even if I required gluten free and dairy free food. We took several starters and two mains – all very really good.

Overall happy to repeat the experience ◡̈

We are regulars in wagamama, we visited the one in Reading 3 times.
Overall the food was ok, first time it wasn’t a lot of chicken and prawns in yaki soba.
Second time the wait time for my food was too long and I got a voucher as a compensation wat was really nice of the team.
Third time everything was fine.
One of the staff members remembered us from before, what was very nice and surprising.
The team was always helpful, patient, nice and friendly.

A huge thanks to the team for making our 8 year old very happy for her birthday lunch this weekend. The manager helped us on our last visit make a reservation and we turned up on a busy Saturday and the team took care of everything and made it special. Thanks to the manager, you are doing a great job and have a great team.

Wagamama is getting worse every time we go there. The prices have increased, which would have been fine if the portion was still decent and nicely done. But instead, you get a bowl with 70% rice, small portion of meat and some vegetables. On top of that, the chef forgets to put teriyaki sauce. Plain rice I can make at home lol
