Food was delicious and reasonably priced. The environment was clean and spacious. The service was slightly confusing as we didn’t really understand the pay set up etc and seamed the service was slightly rushed which wasn’t great considering the place was pretty quiet. Used our blue light card for 20% which was ideal :). Will be back again due to how nice the food was.

Best wagamamas I’ve had in a very very long time. Last time I really remember enjoying the food at this chain was when I was a kid 10 years ago. Ramen and gyoza were great and the service was amazing as well. Food came out extremely quickly.

Not as good as it once was, portion size to value is not very good.

We, as a couple got seated to a bit family on high seats which was very awkward, especially since there were more appropriate seating available.

The main was tasty and nice but the portion could have been bigger.

Drinks even for fizzy juice very expensive – small little glasses.

We then waited 25 minutes for a desert after our main, staff member got a bit passive agressive when we asked where it was.

The ice cream bao had a misclue amount of ice cream not even a full ball/scoop. The cheesecake was very bland and didn’t really taste of much.

Wagamama was one of our favourite restaurants to visit in multiple locations, but the price increases and value for money makes it not worthwhile for the quaily of food and portion size received.

It feels like it’s slowly heading towards a soulesss fast food restaurant. I think we will be going local in future unfortunately.

We left feeling disappointed.

Love eating here, it’s my go to when out shopping. They have some great vegetarian /vegan options available. A personal favourite being the mushroom Bao buns. Wagamamas should really sell the mayo used on these.

The bang bang cauliflower has definitely upped in spice levels from when I first ordered them but they’re still good! And the new dessert option of the Bao nut with the caramel and miso is absolutely delicious! Great options.

As well as this the service has always been fantastic in this branch.

We eat out at Wagamamma more than we probably should. It’s normally great but today it was far from. I had the Katsu curry with the hot top up. The sauce was really lacking the usual flavour and had an overwhelming amount of chilli. My husband had the Donburi but said he thought there was a mismatch between protein and the rest.

We had gyoza duck and they were dry compared to normal. The cauliflower bang bang was delicious as always thank goodness.

Went in for a meal on Sunday and as I walked through the doors the atmosphere and energy felt very welcoming and friendly. The front of the head staff (Alex) welcomed us in and the service was great and assuring. The food was great and took only about 10-15 mins on a busy day which is amazing service. I got the chicken teppanyaki and it was unbelievable so props to the chef (Jack). All in all I couldn’t ask for better service especially with our waiter Bryan whom was very friendly and helpful.

Ordered for a delivery only to receive items in the portion that a child wouldn’t be happy with. Absolutely avoid getting a delivery with this place.

First time trying Wagamama and really enjoyed their Ramen. Would recommend it to anyone who loves a good ramen on a rainy day. As the restaurant was super busy, we had to wait couple of minutes to order but the staffs were friendly enough. 8/10!!

First time here and most certainly it won’t be the last. We were met by the enthusiastic Adel who explained everything to us. Charlotte helped us choose our meals and was very attentive and happy to help. The staff were most certainly not let down by the food. Superb. Absolutely fantastic.

Popped in here while out for a wander on a day off. We have been to Wagamama before in Glasgow and also over at the Fort, so knew what to expect.

We shared the BBQ Pork Buns and the Chili Squid. Both were really nice. Would recommend both to anyone

Mains we had the Katsu Chicken Curry and also the Chicken Raisukaree both were again really good.

Drinks however slightly overpriced. Small bottle of coke and Sprite were £3.50 each!

Overall though thumbs up
