Warning ⚠️ though, for some I can see some of the items being a bit too spicy.
The crispy pork Baos were so good and the Salmon with noodles very tasty.
Great place for small dishes and drinks atmosphere is really nice too. We’ll have to try the other places when we can, definitely coming back.
Excellent services I can say, we ordered the iconic fried squid, we have to ask them to make again and they immediately made it great again, the other was good too.
Tantanmen Beef Brisket Ramen: 4.5/5 – great richness and the beef was the art of the dish. The broth was just spicy enough to kick without taking away from the egg or the veggies in the broth. Noodles were firm and not too soft.
Crispy Rice Ahi (recommended by Marcus) 10/5: PLEASE try this. I can’t really describe the flavor but it punches with a savory and crunchy texture and a little bit of citrusy spice mixed in.
She was so gracious and tolerant of our group. Food was fab. Atmosphere was perfect.
Will be back to Wagamama soon!
I started with the Chilli Hoisin Duck Bao Bun which was hot, fluffy and savory. Their motto is ” from bowl to soul” and this is hands down the BEST Ramen I’ve ever had. The Spicy Pork Szechuan ramen had so much flavor and definitely warmed my soul! The Spicy chicken broth along with the szechuan ground pork makes the dish, and the broth was rich & savory. The pork flavor was strong and the teriyaki took it up a notch. Mmmm mmm good. The ramen is very hearty but you can’t stop eating it. Oh yeah the Banana Katsu with salted caramel ice cream is a great dessert to close out this meal. One of these days I will definitely try another dish but for now if it ain’t broke I don’t plan on fixing it!
