Came here with a friend and even though it was really busy, the food arrived quickly and was delicious (yaki soba!). Waitress was very helpful and attentive despite the business.

The service was so-so, and the cleanliness was appalling! No one was clearing the tables, and for such a large restaurant, there were only two servers (that I saw). The children’s cups were extremely dirty, with clearly visible greasy fingerprints—it was truly disappointing.

Honestly speaking, like many other asians restaurants, I thought wagamama would be the same. But the moment i tasted their Yaki Soba (chicken and prawns) I was amused. The taste was amazing. Good ambiance and service. Amazing, I simple loved it.

Nice location and super nice and friendly staff, especially the chef Fatima took extra care for my dietary needs and allergies. I came to Wagamama in the evening time around 9:30/10:00pm so the restaurant is not busy. I order all vegan dishes which I really enjoyed but my only complaint is they turn off the AC before all the customers have leave the restaurant. This is not good especially in summer when it’s 30 degrees heat even in the evening time, everything else was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for vegans.

One of the best Gyosa I had in Milan. Very friendly staff, liked the way they helped in choosing the dishes! Udon or Ramen, You need to try it here. Normally we eat inside the mall, but yesterday gave it a try just outside. On average each dish cost around 15euro. But tasty food I say.
Loved the ambience, clean toilets and open kitchen. The food presentation is another great plus and interesting. Definitely a must try.

I had a great experience at Wagamama – Bicocca . I ordered the Khao Soi with chicken and prawns, and it was absolutely delicious, rich, well-balanced flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients.
