I was super excited to try out this place. Mt boyfriend goes to the one in Wexford and he said its always good. So I had high expectations.
I started off with a SF Caramel Latte which was really good. And then we ordered our food.
It took almost an hour for our food to come out. I got half of a waffle plain (GF) which is a nice option to have and my boyfriend got the Megaberry (GF) and we both got eggs. He got over easy -they over cooked them and I got scrambled with American cheese- they were so salty I had to return them. I could even see the salt on the side of the plate….
When we got our waffles, mine was overcooked and super hard. Nothing to rave about. His was good though and cooked perfect. Im not sure because it was busy or if its always this way but I always am willing to give a place another shot.
For the price point I did expect better but it wasn’t terrible. The server was very friendly and the place is cute. Its way bigger in the inside. Hopefully next time it’ll be better

We like the food, waffles are good, and orders came out 95% correct. The service is oddly amusing and awkward. We were a party of 4 and the 3rd party sat on a Sunday morning just after opening the doors 5 minutes late. They sat us right next to a party of 6 with a high chair for a baby. Servers had to turn sideways to fit between our tables. It was odd to be placed so close to strangers; it felt like we were sharing a picnic table but there were only 3 different parties for the first 20 minutes. Next to the soda fountain there are 2 employee only doors…to the left “IN” to the right “OUT”- it’s entertaining to watch which employees use the “IN/OUT” doors as intended and which don’t. This was our 2nd trip and although I enjoy the food we were really disappointed with the awkward seating. The servers (seemingly) have no private place to congregate so they do their best to provide customers privacy by looking off into space while waiting for orders at the kitchen. My suggestion is to back fill the restaurant so the first customers get window seats. Also, space out separate parties, when it’s not busy. Finally, build a privacy screen or some place for workers to wait that doesn’t feel on top of customers.

My wife and I took the kids here one Sunday morning for something new for breakfast. The kids loved the bacon and the black & yellow hometown colors inside the restaurant. We all enjoyed our food and the service was fast and friendly! We have already returned once since making this review!

The food in this place is absolutely delightful. The home fries are so fresh and vibrant. I really cant say enough. The seating is basic and could be a bit cozier but id go back everyday. Delish!! The servers are so kind and efficient and sweet. Try it!! It was about 120$ for 4 people breakfast with tip!

While they’ve been in Upper St. Clair for a while, and as a chain, have six outposts now, we’ve never been to one of these locations, so we drove in on a weekday. At first, we were not even sure it was open as there were no cars in the parking lot! The lights were on though, so we parked and walked in. Turns out that they only open at 8 AM and we got there at 8:02, so we were the first ones there. I find that somewhat strange for a breakfast and lunch place, as I would have expected to have opened earlier, but what do I know?
The menu is quite comprehensive with lots of options and variety of breakfast and brunch offerings. Check out both sides of the menu! On the coffee side, they offer one coffee, but do have an espresso machine so you can get all kinds of espresso drinks, if you so desire. We tried their regular coffee and it come in a small 4 Ounce mug – which they did refill upon request.
For our first time, we selected the Breakfast Magic waffle, and the Country Mile. The waffle comes with green onions, bacon crumbles, and cheddar cheese crumbles and an egg on top. The menu states the batter also contains the green onions, bacon and cheese, but we did not detect them. A plop of sour cream accompanies this. The waffle was fluffy enough, but we felt it was pretty ordinary in flavor.
The Country mile is a mushroom cheese omelet folded on top of a sausage patty which is then placed between two slices of Italian bread. It is supposed to have a spicy Mayo as well. What we got tasted like Russian dressing. Ordinarily, it comes with a side of potato chips, but we asked for a swap to their home fries, which they did – for an upcharge. Unfortunately, the potatoes were super salty! I took a closeup picture of the and attached it, you can see the salt crystals!
I gave this place a four-star rating because the food was decent – although super salty – and the selection is large. Getting in and out of their parking lot in the morning can only be done from one direction which is a hassle. The staff was incredibly nice (which increased the rating!) but overall, it was just OK…

We have been visiting this location occasionally over the past few years with family and friends.
The food quality is excellent, the servers are good and friendly, and the atmosphere is fine.
So overall, a good value.

On more than one occasion, it took a long time for our order to be submitted and prepared after we ordered (as much as an hour or longer). There is something off with their process. I’m speculating, but perhaps the orders are not submitted timely, the orders are not prepared in order of receipt, or both.
