The waffle is a waste of money and time it doesn’t taste good it sure looks good!! But the bubble waffle tastes terrible and is very expensive don’t waste your money.

Waffles & Cream is a delicious place for sweets. My favorite being their cookie monster milkshake. I’ve had their delicious treats since they’ve opened up and have had the opportunity to try different varieties off their menu. Everyone has their own preferences of course as I prefer the Belgian Waffle over the Bubble. If this is your first time trying Waffles & Cream I would recommend starting off with something simple but delicious such as their Liege Waffle Belgian Delight (Banana, Strawberry, Nutella, House Whip, and Vanilla Ice Cream on top of a Belgian Waffle). If you want something such a single scoop the Cookie Monster is a great option it’s cookies and cream mixed with cookie dough. The new star of the show the upcoming trending Dubai Chocolate covered Strawberries is another great option. Cheaper than many other places with great ratios and quantity of the sweet treat. Overall me and family have had nothing but great things to say about this place since it has opened. I’m glad to see they listen to customers feedback and continue to add more items to their menu to try out.

I came to the store because the sign outside is colorful .entering the store there is a nice vibe ,nice music. The nostalgia feels hit when you see the ice cream. I love the facts that waffles are freshly made. We ordered the toucan and the cookie monster . Both were delicious and worth the price .

Was out to celebrate families’ birthday. I decided to try the Frescos con Crema shake. This is not the consistency of a shake and is Very Very sweet. Ice was added, and it was still too sweet.
My daughter also ordered the same thing and ended up getting something else due to the overwhelming sweetness of this drink.

Found out about this place from IG. Decided to take my nephew with me. The place has a good vibe and friendly service. Convenient parking. The churrwaffle I had was delicious and definitely worth the price. I loved that the waffle stayed crispy for long enough for me to finish my ice cream and didn’t go soggy too quickly. The only thing that was a big awkward was that the guy at the pickup window was using a small voice to call out orders and the music in there was louder than him, so I had to keep getting up to see if they were calling my order or someone else’s. Overall, I recommend.

And it’s everything a i’ve been hoping, longing, and yearning for the last 2 years.
It’s not really lunch or dinner kind of waffles, just really dessert kind of waffles. If you know Belgian style waffles this is your bag, baby. Lots of variety of sweets toppings and it yum YUM! !
Plus they have ice cream, milk shakes, and a few pre-packages beverages. My wife allergic to gluten, hopefully she’ll come with me and enjoy some of these gluten-free sweety options.
I really like the branding and the location, too. This is another standout place between the standout Factory Bar and the standout Tacos El Tucan!

I was over charged. The menu shows $6 for whichever waffle you choose. Then you pick your ice cream (no additional cost listed) then any toppings (and their additional costs, which are listed). Ideally my purchase should’ve been $6+ tax but I was charged $4 more. I didn’t see anything on the menu about an additional $4 and had I know my waffle plus one scoop would cost almost the same as the creative specials, I would’ve just purchased one of those. When I asked the girl about the extra cost, she didn’t have a straight answer as to why the $4 extra cost wasn’t listed on the menu and I detest lack of transparency (it’s ick business practice). Wanted to give 1 star out of my experience and the sleazy pricing surprise but the ice cream was actually ok (waffle was hotel buffet waffle maker taste wise).

Such a disappointment, I had brought my family out visiting from out of the country to have some ice cream. And we had such high hopes as the inside looked beautiful and filled with customers, so of course it led us to believe we were in for a great experience, until what has ensued AFTER we had ordered our food. And for starters, as it had seemed to be the case for many, they were out of flavors and bubble waffles. And, even more infuriating almost immediately after handing us one of the ice creams we’d ordered, the scoop fell off the cone AND the audacity of Samantha (the employee servicing us) had blamed it on US. implying that WE had dropped it from moving around the cone. KEEP IN MIND we are all damn well old enough to know how to properly hold an ice cream cone. She had instead suggested us to buy another 5 DOLLAR scoop with no apology, no refund, and not even a hint of remorse for HER mistake. The fact this is how they treat customers who spent nearly 50 dollars on ice cream… how disappointing, and we had came in the mindset of supporting a local businesses. Such a shame, the lack of quality in basic customer service. Disappointing to have to suggest that if you come to this establishment and have the luck to be served an unsecured ice cream scoop, that you will NOT receive compensation for the workers mistakes. Highly unfortunate and would not recommend this business solely based on the customer service. And all in all the flavors weren’t even that great. With all of us agreeing that the waffles were bland and the ice cream being pretty flavorless. Such a shame.
