WaffleNerds BakeHouse is a unique combination of fresh and take and baked goods. At our shop, you can enjoy all of the delicious liege style waffles that our truck offers, plus fresh baked cinnamon rolls and more. We also offer take-and-bake options for cinnamon rolls, pies, cobblers and more. We also run the WaffleNerds Waffle Wagon food truck! You’ll be able to find us most Saturdays (in season) at the Lake St. Louis Farmers and Artisan Market. You can also book our truck on our site or email us at [email protected] for any private events, corporate events, or whatever event.

Delicious! We LOVE these waffles. They aren’t your wimpy waffles. These are filling and so full of flavors.
Our favorite is the 9.9 but we also indulged in the valentines box that is in the pictures.

If you’d like a great waffle from a great food truck in Wentzville, O’Fallon, St. Louis, St Charles County, look these guys up.
