I haven’t been to a waffle house in 20 some years. Wanted to take my wife when I saw there was one near mead co. It was everything I expected. Service was Great and the food even better. The Grits were outstanding as were the waffles. Our grand kids finished everything on their plates. Can’t wait to go back.

I mean, … it was bizarre. The server was pleasant, the food was okay, the person cooking was different. He had a visitor who brought a dog … which was climbing on the table… which I thought was bizarre. But, maybe that’s the norm here.

Food wasn’t hot, but it wasn’t stone-cold either; it was edible. Service was pretty decent, got my food quickly and the server was nice (although never checked on me to see if I needed a drink refill or how my food was). The biggest complaint I have about this place is that it was very cold inside; I was told that the heater for the building had broke down and the owners have not got around to getting it fixed…you needed to keep your winter gear on inside this place. I probably won’t be back.

Excellent place for middle of the night eating. Daughter and I go here during our lunch breaks on our overnight shifts. Staff is very friendly and food is good. Keith is excellent at preparing the food just the way we like it and, the young silver haired waitress is always friendly, smiling and attentive to our needs. Prices are very affordable, about $10 for most plates. Only complaint I can think of is the pricing of their sodas, about $3 per 8oz glass. However, for negativity… that’s about it!

This was the first time I visited Waffle House, and I was not disappointed! My husband and I often reminisce about drinking great coffee in old diner cups, and eating the amazing, fast breakfasts we used to enjoy, any time off day, in an old homegrown diner when we were teens, like the old show “Alice,” but now you only see on tv. This was it! The Waffle House staff was welcoming and friendly, and I was amazed at how good each staff member was at their job! The waitress would yell out the order in verbal shorthand, the head cook would repeat, she would confirm and/or correct, and he and the second cook would get plates and food ready like they each had five hands. Incredible! The place was clean and well managed, and even as the morning rush began, none of them lost their cool, geniality, or pace. We decided to go at about 6:20 am, and were home before 7:30. I had a ham and egg sandwich on Texas toast with hash browns smothered in chili. It was delicious! Thanks, Waffle House! I will be back for sure!

Was very dead so should have had fast service. Wrong. Started with one server ended with a different. Only got refills when we asked from them. Didn’t get food on time. My food was hot by the time the last late was brought out. They were out of all hamburger items, and chili items and hamburger buns

I visited the WH in Longmont, I love WH, the service, food and atmosphere were all what I expected, the meal was very enjoyable. The one in Highlands Ranch is great also. However the one in Thorton, very close to where I live is unfortunately not what I am accustomed to at WH. I no longer visit there but when I’m in the area of Longmont or Highlands Ranch I ALWAYS make it a point to enjoy a meal at their WH.
