Serious attitude from the staff. A member of our group did not fit in a regular booth and the staff was very angry that we requested to be seated at the table area – not everyone is small, get over it! The food was horrible and overcooked. I have always loved Waffle House, but this one missed the mark.

I have never ever seen a restaurant with such a bad service. I was afraid to order or change my mind as the cooks and waiters were arguing among themselves. They were refusing all to go orders. Screaming, not letting people seat down until they clean the table but they never did. No names tags. Questioning people about their place in line. Making people get up to seat other people. No control on the check in list witch they had a notebook and a pencil but no body was working it not paying attention to it. Refused to sell a cup of coffee to go to a person. No name tags on anyone. All employees were ganging up talking loud and disrespectful to clients. They were complaining about not a swearing work calls the next day. This location has very limited choices of restaurants specially after 10:30pm. I chose to stay and eat not complaining but just making observations. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST unless you willing to test your patience. It was not that busy to give them in excuse. I wish I could but I can’t. I sat and eat like a kindergartener quite and trying to be invisible. Finish eating with no refills walked out without my sisters hamburger so I decided to go to the closest whataburger worse mistake ever like 30+ car line with people not knowing what they were doing pics below ⬇️

I am not one to write a review but had to following tonight’s service. Being a manager of customer service employees I would either retrain or fire my waitress. We walked in and a few booths were available but needed to be bused all in the same section. Having a 3 year old we waited on a booth. Our waitress had previously stated we could sit at the high top counter and after we declined she slowly cleaned the booths. The first booth she set for two and then our booth for 3. The 2 other employees were hustling and on point and the cook was well organized. When we finally were seated and our drink order was given my wife looked at me and said this isn’t going to be good. I said give her the benefit of doubt, but my wife decided to move to the short counter in the other section. I placed my order for the two of us in the booth. Had to repeat my order twice which you would think an Allstar plate would not be hard to comprehend.

Aj was our waiter and was amazing and quick at serving us, checking up on us and great customer service. Mindy and Mary were super sweet to our daughter and even gave her a hat for singing for them. Went on a monday and def would go back.
