OMG! Talking about a POWERHOUSE TEAM! Kyna and Marcus are by far an OUTSTANDING DUO! They work well together. The presentation of my meal was mouthwatering, and the taste … OMG is was DELICIOUS!!!!! Ya’ll gotta try the chicken sausage that Marcus recommended, it’s very tasty! And the waffle that Kyna prepared made this grown woman cry! It was a birthday cake with blueberries, pecans and whip cream!! Ya’ll it was AMAZING! Ya’ll come see this POWERHOUSE DUO, ya’ll won’t be disappointed! High FIVE!!

i dine in all the time with my friend just for steven’s amazing service. he is very friendly , attentive, and is always greeting us with a smile. he goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of, he does it with a smile on his face. if you want to enjoy a nice meal with a friendly face, come see steven. he doesn’t just make it feel like a waffle house, he makes it feel like a waffle home.

i came in with my friends, there was an empty table the workers didn’t clean it for at least 5 minutes….we sat down the sever named steven came to the table and refused to speak up and couldn’t smile. i ordered apple juice and there were chucks in it so i sent it back. my whole order was wrong and and the food didn’t even look presentable. we asked for syrup and water he brought the syrup all dirty and no water until i had to ask for a second time keep in mind when he dropped the water off he proceeded to drop the straw on my burger. My friends didn’t receive their sausage, no cheese on the hashbrowns or eggs. My burger bun was completely destroyed,the onions weren’t grilled at all. He never checked up on us after receiving our food because we had to correct him multiple times. i left some of the pictures below.

The staff extremely nice here. The food was good. They did forget my biscuits and gravy but they took it off my check. They were slammed with a lot of people so it was understandable.

Our waitress was attentive and nice. It was uncimfortably warm. The eggs were a bit slimy due to being undercooked, the bacon was extremely salty and my guy got his food 10 minutes before I got mine. So by the time I had my food, he was almost done. Meh. Paired with waffle house always changing/upping their prices – I don’t think we’ll be back.

Normally when I come here I have an amazing time but yesterday I witnessed a manager yelling at a waitress in front of everyone in the restaurant to the point of where we could visibly see her get upset and start to cry. After that she had to go work, in tears. It was a bit disappointing.

I would like to start off by thanking Cook Carter for the candid conversation she and I had. Carter is sooooooooooo personally vested in her job and work area. Carter has been with Waffle House for 20 years; it shows. I have never been in such a CLEAN Waffle House such as this one. Carter said she HAS to have her cooking area very clean. She was like a mistro ripping so many plates at one time like it was nothing. My food came out hot and delicious just the way I like it. I certainly look forward to coming back to this location. The sweet tea was just right and not overly sweet. Thanks again to Carter for a very clean atmosphere, hot meal and candid conversation. Carter should be emulated by others that is for sure.

Definitely not waffle house standards. Halfway through my food before I received my bacon. Bacon came out halfway cooked. Told the waitress, and she brought me this. Good luck with refills on your drinks.
