Despite having lived in this area since 2018, this was my first visit to Waffle House.
I assure you, this will not be the last time I come!
The service was great! Granted, the place was only moderately filled, but I was still impressed.
My order was taken less than 10 minutes after I arrived.
My food was picture worthy, as you can see. It was delivered to my table seconds after coming off the grill. A bonus in my book was the fact that I could watch the action as the food was being cooked on the grill only a few feet from my table.
The establishment was very clean and neat, and the bathrooms were even in good order.
The server didn’t skimp on the sauces and was politely attentive.
I will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future!

Waffle house never disappoints. One time I came at this location and it was too busy so I left. Today tried again and though it was busy but I managed to find an empty and clean table. I ordered as usual and waited for the food to arrive. I was slightly disappointed at the toast since it was clearly burnt. The cook responsible for it should be sent for an eye test soonest possible. The waitress was kind enough to replace it for me. Other than this issue I enjoyed the breakfast. The lower rating is due to burnt toast. The picture of the toast in the menu on the table,which is golden brown is what I expected instead it looked like chocolate Labrador when it arrived

I came to this Waffle House expecting to be served. There was a line so I sat down briefly and waited. After the line was gone I stepped up to be tended to, but the lady at the counter had left to clean tables. By this time, another customer was waiting. This other customer signaled to get the attention of the lady cleaning the tables but she said that another employee that was tending to another customer was going to help us. By this time another customer was waiting. None one tended to us. So, when I saw that the crew did not care enough to tend us as customers, I left. While outside, the other customer that had come in after, that I struck a conversation with also left saying they didn’t tend to her.
Terrible service.
To the restaurant owner, I recommend that you check up on the manager and crew working here. They need to learn about customer service.

I want to address Waffle House fans here. You know who you are.
You know as well as I do that there are good Waffle Houses, and dysfunctional, poorly-run, deplorable Waffle Houses. And frankly, when visiting a location for the first time, one must take the Forrest-with-the-box-of-chocolates approach- never knowing what you’re gonna get.
I was taking granddaughter #1 (age 14) to the orthodontist, and wanted to take her to the closest Waffle House- turned out to be this one. She’s been a fan since I first took her to one when she was 8.
So let me assure you, this was the REAL Waffle House experience that we wanted- the customer-oriented, no filter, genuine personalities working there, having a good day, making us happy to be there, thinking we made a good choice. Food was fast and hot and exactly as ordered, and the store was clean.

Yuck! Went in Soooooo hungry and left still hungry ordered the all star and grits were cold, waffle tasted like it was hours old and sausage was greasy. Ordered coffee ($2.10) and never got a refill. Would have given one star but the service was fast. Fast and cold/old! Would not RECOMMEND this particular waffle house. PERIOD.

This place is horrible please do not go here. Service was bad, coming in no one approached me they looked at me and said nothing all the tables and floor were dirty and no staff tried to clean them. Manager was rude and when I approached him after waiting ten minutes plus and he was very disrespectful I walked out immediately no disrespect will be tolerated.

Todd the manager runs a tight ship! Best Waffle House in the tri-state area! Kid Rock Approved for Sunday Breakfast (still drunk or sober)! Back on the 4th of July and the food and service was awesome! Nice breakfast today! Went in and had a free meal for Veterans Day! Thank you Red River!

No customer service skills. They won’t even acknowledge you. I asked for soft waffles and I did not get soft waffles when in other waffle houses I’ve had nothing but the nicest, funny, great vustomer service people. I was really disappointed. First waffle house that I did not like.

Great service, homely inviting coffee atmosphere and delicious breakfast food to boot! A great time visiting this waffle house that my wife had been to many years ago! We had the sausage grits bowl and she had the chocolate chip waffles and it was fantastic good coffee and simple, great food.

Service was absolutely horrible. Me and a friend came in at a slow time, only a couple other customers seated. It took 20 minutes and a call to the server to finally take our orders. Our orders came before we even got served our drinks. It too multiple calls to the server to get our food and that came out wrong too. Food was expected Waffle House standard, nothing special. Will avoid this location for the future.
