We visited Waffle House after years due to living in Indonesia. We were greeted with a A+ experience. The food was fresh, hot and so goooood! Our waiter Junior was hilarious and fun. We enjoyed this on Christmas Eve and appreciated it!

When my mom and I walked in, the restaurant was not busy, but an entire section was filled with dirty, uncleared tables. We stood there looking around, assuming someone would come wipe them down but instead a waiter noticed us and casually said, “I just got here,” as if that excused the situation. basic hospitality would’ve been to acknowledge the mess and immediately clean the mess. the kitchen staff seemed to be chatting and laughing, so it clearly wasn’t a case of being overwhelmed. it felt like no one wanted to deal with the dining room. We eventually chose what looked like the cleanest table available, only to later realize it hadn’t actually been wiped down either. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and one half barely contained any egg at all, just a thin strip of fried egg white, while the other half had the actual filling. It looked like the cook who assembled it didn’t bother distributing the ingredients evenly before cutting. when you’re paying for a full sandwich you expect both halves to actually contain what you ordered.

This is the BEST WF in town. Every single employee does their absolute best to provide a great FAST Breakfast. I would tell everyone i know to pass 3 other Waffle Houses to come here!!

Talk about customer service, Junior made it a point to try to make a connection with the customer and the professional hospitality and service was top tier. Kudos to this young man! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly elevated my visit was the outstanding service and skill of one employee named Jr.
Jr went above and beyond in every possible way. His customer service was genuinely exceptional: attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made thoughtful recommendations and checked in at just the right moments to ensure everything was perfect.
And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. It’s clear Jr isn’t just great at service, he’s a gifted cook as well. I ordered multiple different items and absolutely everything was cooked to perfection! You can tell he takes pride in his craft, and it shows in every bite.
This was, without question, the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. As close to “home cooking” as you can get. If you visit, do yourself a favor and hope you get the chance to be served by Jr. He’s a true asset to the establishment and a big part of why I’ll definitely be coming back.

Waitress kept disappearing in the back. Food was COLD, It literally was an all out bad experience. Dirty silverware. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Manager came out to play around with the employees. Found hair in my hash browns. ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR NETS! Will absolutely never go back.

Pulled up no one is inside just 1 waiter and the cook. I placed a order for 2 different meals both orders was wrong did t even fix the waffle and the steak was over cooked. Smh gotta do better will not return to this location . I could see if they was packed but they were empty.
