I like to eat at this location. I decided to order online this time, so when I got to work and saw my waffle not just uncooked, but with pieces of burnt chalk on my mouth, it was very unpleasant. Please make sure to clean waffle makers properly before adding the mix, because it doesn’t feel good to eat food with chunks of burnt. I’m very disappointed. ☹️

I stopped for breakfast and was not disappointed.
This location was not crowded. We were seated and waited on.
Food was tasty and serviced fast. As well as the fast service, you can enjoy your food in a timely matter and go on with your day.
Service was good they were attentive to their customers.
The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was biscuit and gravy, more like an English muffin gravy to thick and salty.
What I learned is that places change, and so do the cooks.
Hostess were very polite.
I have tried the Beltline location. I must say this location on Cockrell Hill and 67 hwy would be my first choice.

Oh my goodness! Management at this location has implemented the Waffle House mission! My pecan waffle and eggs were perfect! One of my best Waffle House experiences in years! My waiter Phill was amazing and kind!

First time at Waffle house…. food was amazing loved lots of BACON… … it was kinda empty but in a way it was good cause thet served us good ! It was clean and the food was great… my kids loved it !

I sat here for over 30 minutes waiting, and not a single person came to check on me, acknowledge me, or explain what was going on. That is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. If you’re going to make someone wait that long, the bare minimum is communication, and I received none. This kind of service is frustrating, careless, and honestly embarrassing for any business that claims be organized or customer-focused.

This is a pretty good waffle house. Went at 2:30am and it was starting to get busy. We didn’t have to wait though. Food came out quickly and was good. The staff was friendly and interacting with customers. I would come here again.

Horrible. I placed an online order nearly an hour ago. I waited at the counter and there was a lady that dismissively told me my order was not ready and asked for my name without really listening. I waited an additional 20 minutes until another young lady approached me and I asked me if I had been helped. I told her I placed an order about an hour ago, and she pulled up my ticket, only to find out that they never prepared my order in the first place! Absolutely ridiculous. I guess I should have known better not to order on a Sunday but waiting over an hour???
Edited to add: I just got home and the young lady didn’t close my container properly, so my grits spilled all over the place.
