this was a horrible place to have a breakfast, cold coffee, dirty utensils,i ordered eggs and bacon and the guy that was cooking didn’t clean the grill he gave me a dirty breakfast,and the waffle i ordered wasn’t even cooked, and there was a hair on my eggs i noticed when i finished, i have a stomachache! i feel like i want to throw up since i went there!!! my question is how can the health department allows places like that to be open????

Why would you look at this and think that this would be acceptable to give a customer! As you can clearly see its BURNT and the pieces that weren’t fully burnt taste burnt of course. Would you want to eat this?! I just ordered this on 2/28 at 8:15ish A.M. The cook needs a tad help.

Excellent and fast turn on my order. Service was excellent, very attentive and quick. I had the Cheesesteak & Eggs Breakfast with Cheesy Eggs…delicious and hit the spot. Highly recommend for excellent diner food, good service, and a quick turn on your order.

Waffle House is always a classic, but what really makes this location special is the service. Has, Valerie stands out with excellent attention, great attitude, and genuine care for customers. Also, the older lady who works here deserves special recognition — she serves everyone with so much kindness and warmth, making you feel truly welcome. The rest of the staff is friendly and works hard to keep things moving smoothly.
The food is good and consistent, as expected from Waffle House. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it would really help to have someone dedicated to cleaning and maintaining the dining area throughout the day. With that improvement, this place would be perfect.
Highly recommended for the service and the people who work here!

I honestly wondered if the waitress was actively ignoring me. Sat there staring for 13 mins waiting for a cup of coffee. Had to get up and get it myself. At that point 3 other people walked out because they weren’t being served. The Cook said it’s because there was only 2 people working there but I’ve been to other locations and watched 2 people serve 30 without skipping a beat. I do NOT recommend this location.

Waffle House never misses when you’re craving a classic breakfast. I got bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, and an OJ, and it totally hit the spot. The bacon was crispy, eggs cooked just right, hash browns golden and buttery, and the toast was a nice little extra crunch. Super simple, super satisfying, and served fast. It’s that no-frills, greasy spoon goodness that always comes through when you want a solid breakfast without overthinking it.

Staff works well at this location. They keep it clean and focus on customer service. They always make my over medium eggs how I like. The grits are yummy and a touch of honey is the topper.

Foodnis great but the service is horrible. The waitress watched several folks come in and seated themselves and did not come out of the back until fellow coworkers asked foe help. That is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Food good though I maxed my plate.

I had the worst experience at this location after so many years coming here. I had a family member waiting to be seated along with his daughter. He told the young man that there will be a total five people. There was a table available The young man Told him that he could not sit him down because of everybody , not here. Everyone knows that you can sit up to 5 people at a booth. I completely understand if there was one person , but not sit down two , what sense does that make?So by time I made it up there my family Member was very upset. He and is daughter could have sat down and order coffee and looked at the menu until we showed up. I was about 7 minutes away. Keep in mind.I’ve been going to this location for many of years , and I know majority of the people who works at that location. So I talked to the supervisor. I ask her a simple question. Why couldn’t he sit down and get a table? She said, because the party wasn’t here yet. Then I said, what different does it make if 2 is sitting at the booth? Her response is We will be losing money and it’s house rules. And on the weekend , there is no open seating. A course I knew there was no open seating on the weekend because i’ve been going there for years. Before she even started working there.She said all of this with a attitude. I wasn’t rude to her at all.I understand there are rules , but like I said , what difference does it make if he and his daughter was sitting down to order and we just join. She then said, I don’t know about all of that.He said his party wasn’t here. Then I asked her again , what different does it make. After that I didn’t say nothing else. I was very upset, especially being a loyal customer to that location.I have options to spend my money. I have brought so many people to that location because it was my favorite location. I know how it works when you leave.The manager or supervisor will talk really bad about you and I know she did. This is was very unprofessional.You can’t get hold of anybody.I did the email I tried calling came up there to talk to her boss. I will no longer go to that location , and it’s sad for me to say that , because I have built so many cool relationships with the folks i’ve been going over the years. I will take my business to a different waffle house like Waxahachie Were that I never experienced anything like this before. I’m just more upset that supervisor was so rude with an attitude towards me for no apparent reason. Matter of fact , when I do come there , she never speaks to me like everybody else does.
