When I walked into this Waffle House I thought it was a new store because of the cleanliness. This is by far one of the cleanest Waffle Houses I’ve seen ever in the 4 years living in the DFW.
I was greeted by staff upon entry. I was seated and served with a smile by Samantha. Alise walks over and offers to refill my coffee when it was low while Samantha was busy. Ashley the manager was very nice. Dovie a new employee was also very nice. The one person that’s always busy and not to available to clients did his thing too because the food was delicious Ezra. Overall, I went by myself and I felt like I was with a party everyone was so nice!!!

This was one of the cleanest waffle houses I have ever been to. The service was great, and not the usual waffle house demeanor employees are notorious to have, if you know what I mean. Not that I care, I’ll go to waffle house anyways, but it was a pleasant experience. The food was made with the utmost love! Never had waffle house that was that full of passion lol. The experience here was a 10/10 for waffle house.

Very first time in a Waffle House.
I was confused with how to get seated. There were chairs on the side to wait for a table, and when a table cleared, you would seat yourself.
Food was good, nothing to rave about, $25 for 2 people.
The service was good. Our server was nice, but she was very busy. The girl that was at the register was on her phone the entire time. Seems like the servers were more interested in selecting what songs to play
There’s about 4 servers for the entire place. Granted, the place has 8 tables and maybe 10 seats at the counter.
It was very hectic for a 10am on a Monday.

Jessica was our server and she was super sweet. She was attentive to our orders, especially for my kids. She made sure she got their orders right and even added a few suggestions to make their experience worth it. They couldn’t stop singing her praises and even made comments of coming back everyday, hahahaha. I love that my children enjoyed their breakfast here being our first time at Waffle House. We are always an IHop family but now, Waffle House have our hearts. Would definitely be coming back at the Irving location, and hoping we have Jessica as our server. Thank you Jessica!

The food was on point! It couldn’t have been better! The cook was a guy named Nate, who was friendly and a great cook. Everything was cooked to perfection and arrived in a timely manner. The 7 year old even raved about how good her food was also.
The place was clean. Our waitress was very nice but I didn’t get her name. (red hair)
I’ll be calling before I visit again to make sure Nate is cooking!!!

I absolutely love waffle House!!! The service can be a bit better at times, but usually I overlook it, as it is a very fast paced breakfast restaurant and it’s totally understandable. I love that servers are always helping each other out and looking out for the patrons who are dining in.
