The food was delicious! Our waitress took our order right away but then disappeared until most of our food was ready. She brought our breakfast but said it would be a minute for the toast. Almost 15 minutes later she brought our toast so our eggs were cold and not very good. Another young man, Jonathon, did fantastic asking if we needed refills and checking on our table continuously! He came over and refilled all our drinks, took our plates and did a phenomenal job. He was very friendly and easy to speak with.
This was our first experience at a Waffle House and overall it was a good one! The prices are great especially for how much food you get!

Let me start by saying I’ve been a loyal Waffle House fan for decades.
That’s why it pains me to ask—why is Waffle House overcharging customers on to-go orders?
The price for Cheese & Eggs is listed at $8.25, which already feels steep for two small eggs, a slice of American cheese, two slices of raisin toast, and reconstituted hash browns—ingredients that probably cost around a dollar total. But when the not-so-friendly waitress rings it up, the total becomes $9.25.
Then comes the mandatory 20% to-go order fee, and to top it off, the waitress made it clear she still expects a tip – saying she doesn’t receive any portion of that mandatory fee.
I’ve also noticed that while Waffle House food is fantastic when served hot at the table, it turns into greasy, soggy mush by the time you get it home.
Waffle House, you can do better. The founders would never have approved of treating loyal customers this way.

Amazing service! Great company! I didn’t get her name but a worker that served us literally ran out to our car to give me my drink that I forgot! Couldn’t ask for anything better! Still shocked at the kindness I received!

We stopped by for breakfast on our way through. There was an open booth with a dirty plate so we stood by it for a few minutes waiting for it to be cleaned. There were 6 workers, after quite a while one finally barely acknowledged us. After more of a wait one of them finally picked up the dirty plate and we sat down, after several more minutes they had not yet wiped down the dirty table, taken our drink order, or further acknowledged we were even there. We finally left and went to Cracker Barrel.

After a very long drive from Kansas City stopped in for a quick bite and the staff was incredible. I loved the atmosphere friendliness and overall feeling inside this waffle house. The cook did a great job. My food was fresh hot and tasted so good after my long drive. Our Server was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was even working a late night shift and had an amazing attitude, thank you. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work.

If I could give no stars I would. This location has an extremely unprofessional and hostile environment. During my visit, staff were yelling, cussing, and openly talking negatively about customers within earshot. Employees had their children running around the restaurant, touching tables and food areas, coughing near guests, and occupying tables meant for customers.
One employee refused to serve an elderly customer, calling him “creepy,” despite the fact that he is a war veteran with early-onset Alzheimer’s. Watching a vulnerable person be treated that way was heartbreaking and unacceptable.
There were also discriminatory and racially charged comments made openly, adding to an already uncomfortable atmosphere. People were smoking marijuana directly outside the entrance. The restaurant felt chaotic, unsanitary, and not family-friendly in any way.
I am genuinely shocked that management allows this level of disorder, disrespect, and mistreatment of customers. Something needs to change.

I normally love waffle house but we went in and waited a while for service when the manager finally assisted us. He complained about being short staffed and people not coming in while taking our order. Then when the employee came in she was yelling across the store at the manager asking why can you yell at me like you did and think its okay. It was a huge spectacle across the store for the majority of the time we were there and it was between a manager and employee…not expected and completely ruined breakfast. I never refuse to leave a tip but on that day I did just that, if that makes me the AH…oh well, we didnt have a server other than him taking our order and he wasn’t professional by any means.
