This location has the best staff that I have ever seen at a Waffle House. Ed was our server and he was great. We never felt rushed to order or to finish our meal. Ty was another staff member that overheard us talking about we were going to order, with grace, she came over and suggested some add-on’s to enhance our meal. And her suggestions were spot-on. The restaurant was very clean throughout, and in the food preparation area, all health code requirements were followed. I definitely recommend this Waffle House.

✨Ty with the pink hair not red lol ..Greeted us upon entry and seated. Ordered food and drinks quickly. A/C was ️ blowing up in here,chilly. But food is hot and fresh plus the milk is good and cold. This location was on point. Taylor served us, Bryan cooked it up right. Big salute to the Regional Manager Kyle for taking care of business and guest resolutions to make your experience better every time you visit a Waffle House .

I would give this negative stars if I could. Where do I even begin? My fiancée and I went here about 8:30-9:00 last night and should have walked right back out. There was only one clean table. It took 5 minutes for the waitress to get our order, despite there being maybe 5 other customers in there. To drink, I ordered Mr. Pibb and she ordered Coke. To eat, I ordeed the All Star Special with over hard eggs, chocolate chip waffle, hashrbowns, and white toast. My fiancée ordered the egg and sausage hashbrown bowl, but was not asked what kind of eggs she wanted. 10 minutes later, the waitress comes back and sets the Coke in front of me and the Mr. Pibb in front of my fiancée. She then goes back and continues very loudly talking amongst the other staff behind the counter. So loud, in fact, I had to lean in just to talk to my fiancée sitting right across from me. After waiting another 15 minutes, the waitress brings me my waffle and the side of bacon. Except there were no chocolate chips on it and the package of whipped butter spread was filthy. The bacon was cooked perfectly. 5 minutes after that, our waitress brought out her hashbrown bowl. And 5 minutes after that, I finally got the rest of my food. The toast and hashbrowns were cold, and the hashbrowns were even burnt. The eggs were still lukewarm but cooked properly. The waitress didn’t even bring syrup to the table. For $28, I would not eat there ever again. Outright horrible experience.

I love Waffle House. I eat it multiple times a month, but I’ve never left a review because the staff typically underwhelms me. Today, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Ty and Makayla were super personable. It may have been because they weren’t busy, but they were beyond kind. The man on the grill was really nice too, but I didn’t get his name. 10/10 night shift crew for sure

My son and I went for dinner last night around 6:30PM. Only 2 other tables there when we arrived. Waitresses were changing shifts. Ordered our food after about 6 or 7 minutes. Both of us ordered the All Star. A family of four walked in after that. We sat waiting for our food over 30 minutes. The first thing to come out was an overcooked waffle for my son. He accepted it as we were hungry and didn’t want to wait longer. The rest of our food arrived slowly, a plate at a time over a 7 minute period. Most of our food was already cooled off by the time we received it. The family of four received their food before we began receiving ours. We’ve been to this location a number of times and nothing to really complain about before this. This definitely changed our view.

Late breakfast on a weekday, this Waffle House had a few other customers so I was sitting at the bar area. Decently friendly service by a crew that was all taking care of each other’s customers. One waitress brought my coffee, another took my order, the cook refilled my coffee and a fourth took my money at the register. Juke box playing R&B rather loudly.
Super speedy because of that. It was less than 7 minutes from the time I stepped in the door to the time my breakfast landed in front of me. I chose the “All Star” and I only realized after I’d departed that they forgot my slice of ham. Oh, well. I’m still stuffed and other than the one bump, it was a decent meal.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Waffle House. I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice breakfast in their cozy diner atmosphere, but to my surprise, I found out that I couldn’t actually sit down and eat until 6 AM. Instead, I had to place a to-go order, which completely ruined the vibe I was hoping for.
I understand that they have their hours, but it feels frustrating when you want to enjoy a meal in-house and are forced to eat it on the go. The food was decent, but it definitely lost some charm without the classic Waffle House experience. I hope they reconsider their seating policy during early hours because it would make a big difference for customers like me who just want to enjoy a meal at the restaurant.
