My visit was on 9/11/25 @ approximately 12:30 pm.

Well, Waffle House has lived up to the very poor national reputation that is has. As you can see in the photos, all of the tables were dirty when I arrived. I sat in the waiting chairs for almost 30 minutes before I was seated at a clean table. I must add that after a few customers picked up some telephone orders, I was the ONLY customer waiting in the restaurant! Then I STILL had to wait an additional 20 minutes before being seated. I reported the incident through their customer satisfaction link and received a call a few days later. The unidentified young man who called was indignant, dismissive, and totally failed to take accountability for the poor service. His explanation was that there was a large group of people that came before me. Therefore suggesting that their duty to render good service was absolved. He offered no remedy other than an empty “I’m sorry sir” and nearly hung up the phone “in my face”. It was the most pathetic response to a quality service complaint that I’ve ever experienced and it was even worse than the poor service itself. Needless to say, if you’re dining inside and expect to receive even the reasonable service, good luck. From a service standpoint, I essentially got slapped in the face.

Kyle’s management this morning was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that he runs the team with both professionalism and genuine care. The flow of the entire restaurant was smooth and organized, and the staff looked confident, supported, and genuinely happy to be there. The way he spoke to his team with calm, kindness, and encouragement was refreshing to see. It’s rare to witness leadership that creates such a positive environment, and Kyle absolutely deserves recognition for it.

Our waitress Lyndsee was equally impressive. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked on us often without being intrusive, and made sure every part of our visit was enjoyable. Her service was friendly, thoughtful, and extremely attentive.

The atmosphere overall was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great energy, clearly a reflection of strong leadership and a motivated team.

A truly 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

The food is so good, and the food has the perfect price, but the waiters a so lazy, they don’t even try to take care of the customers, I ask 3times for a cup of coke.

Not my favorite restaurant, but it’s not bad. The server was very nice and friendly. The food was not bad. It’s not about the experience that you get when you visit Waffle House. I would recommend that everyone visit once in their life. It is interesting having the seating so close to the kitchen. This particular location is a nicer Waffle House.

I would like to give the utmost recognition and respect to the two ladies on night crew tonight. They received so much disrespect from customers during my time dining in and held their composure. It is Wednesday, January 14, 2026. These ladies deserve some sort of recognition from not only the team/shift leaders and management, but from the establishment owners as well. I wish I could remember their names but they both deserve better decency and respect all the way around. Especially holding down a successful franchise on a two man crew.

Super busy AND short staffed. Food was decent.
Was amazed at the waitress though. She had every right to be upset… People walked out when told us woukd be a moment aa she was waiting for the arrival of another waitress. Service was great, food was decent. Mom and I tipped them 50% on top, hope it helped them have a better day

Me , my boyfriend and his sister went to waffle house at 9:21 to which we had to wait an extended amount of time because a white worker named DONAVAN acted as if he did not want to serve us and we were left sitting at the bar for a while and he stood there and looked at us and began looking around and STILL would not serve us until someone finally came over and served us, I’m not sure it was because we were black or what. The utensils were dirty, and had to be replaced, my boyfriends sister also had to ask for her eggs to be made twice because the first time she asked for no eggs and they gave her eggs and she wanted her eggs runny and it was not how she wanted. The food was okay overall but the atmosphere was not up to par and it’s sad because the first time I went everything was great!!

The food was a mixed bag. The waffles looked good at first, but they were too heavy on batter, which left them undercooked in the middle no matter how long they stayed on the grill. The eggs were solid, and I appreciated that they added salt when I asked. The bacon came out overly crispy on the edges but still felt underdone in the middle, as if it hadn’t been pressed flat while cooking.

Service was polite but not attentive. Our server was friendly when she dropped off the food, but after that we barely saw her. Drinks were left empty, and it took waving someone down to get a refill. She eventually brought the check without ever asking how the food was or offering more attention.

The atmosphere was fine, clean, and what you would expect at a Waffle House. Overall, the experience could have been better with more balanced food preparation and basic follow-through on service.
