Well, Waffle House has lived up to the very poor national reputation that is has. As you can see in the photos, all of the tables were dirty when I arrived. I sat in the waiting chairs for almost 30 minutes before I was seated at a clean table. I must add that after a few customers picked up some telephone orders, I was the ONLY customer waiting in the restaurant! Then I STILL had to wait an additional 20 minutes before being seated. I reported the incident through their customer satisfaction link and received a call a few days later. The unidentified young man who called was indignant, dismissive, and totally failed to take accountability for the poor service. His explanation was that there was a large group of people that came before me. Therefore suggesting that their duty to render good service was absolved. He offered no remedy other than an empty “I’m sorry sir” and nearly hung up the phone “in my face”. It was the most pathetic response to a quality service complaint that I’ve ever experienced and it was even worse than the poor service itself. Needless to say, if you’re dining inside and expect to receive even the reasonable service, good luck. From a service standpoint, I essentially got slapped in the face.
Our waitress Lyndsee was equally impressive. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked on us often without being intrusive, and made sure every part of our visit was enjoyable. Her service was friendly, thoughtful, and extremely attentive.
The atmosphere overall was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great energy, clearly a reflection of strong leadership and a motivated team.
A truly 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.
And I undertand the waiters are buzy with other customers butThe food is so good, and the food has the perfect price, but the waiters a so lazy, they don’t even try to take care of the customers, I ask 3times for a cup of coke.

Was amazed at the waitress though. She had every right to be upset… People walked out when told us woukd be a moment aa she was waiting for the arrival of another waitress. Service was great, food was decent. Mom and I tipped them 50% on top, hope it helped them have a better day
Service was polite but not attentive. Our server was friendly when she dropped off the food, but after that we barely saw her. Drinks were left empty, and it took waving someone down to get a refill. She eventually brought the check without ever asking how the food was or offering more attention.
The atmosphere was fine, clean, and what you would expect at a Waffle House. Overall, the experience could have been better with more balanced food preparation and basic follow-through on service.
