I am writing to report concerning behaviour from one of your employees, seniya, at the Little Rock location (i am unsure of which Wafflehouse she works at specifically so i’m writing this review on all the local ones).
She has been sending me threatening messages online, including threats of physical violence and a threat to shoot my dog. I have screenshots of these messages.
I ask that this matter be investigated as soon as possible.

Yes it’s Mother’s Day, and crowded but the customer service and non friendly staff is not acceptable. This location has a sign “Now Hiring Friendly Folk”. Maybe they can replace the folk that missed the memo on how to treat paying customers with a tiny bit of respect? Hoping to see that the quality of the food makes up for the poor service. Twenty minutes later…Unfortunately as you can hopefully see… the over easy eggs are basically raw and extremely undercooked. The one redeeming plus are the waffles.

I don’t know if this lady was the manager or whoever but in front of everyone she was degrading the male line cook. Non-stop the whole time we were there, he never once said anything rude back. He was respectful the whole time. We won’t be coming back if this is how they treat employees. Sad.

My husband went to this location to get breakfast and he had a list and made sure he ordered everything to his liking. The cashier and cooks were so confused on a simple order and ended up leaving food off and combining food together. I hate eggs and they make me throw up really bad. Then to put chili on my daughter’s hash brown when there wasn’t supposed to be any on there. Simple order gone completely wrong and everything running together. Comprehension should not be this hard. The one time we go to this Waffle House instead of driving across town and still ended up having to go to the one on McCain. A disaster!

I’ve been to many Waffle House locations across the country, but my visit to the Waffle House in Little Rock today stood out. The customer service and food were excellent. Bryan, the cook, followed my instructions perfectly, and I have to say, my meal looked even better than what was on the menu. That’s exactly what everyone wants, food that looks just as good as what’s advertised, and he delivered.

Lashae, the waitress, had a great personality and paid close attention to detail, making the experience even better. This level of customer service is what builds respect for a brand and keeps customers coming back. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the people who take pride in their work and make dining out an enjoyable experience.

I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready at 11:38. When I pulled up, that was the only time they got up and started to move back to the grill area to start to fix my food. It was 1138 when I pulled up. They didn’t start to fix my food until I pulled up. What is the purpose of ordering online if they’re not going to start fixing your order until you pull up?

I was enjoying my Philly chez steak omelette until I cut a bit sized piece and found a strand of hair in it. I couldn’t take another bite. And to think I left an almost 50% tip(not blaming the waitress). Ugh
